Fixes
Bulk Upload : Employee History issues - Missing data, incorrect Sub-Department names, and Change Reason validation. Issue resolved where, users faced data inconsistencies during Bulk Uploads of Employee History Records such as missing Manager/Company details, incorrect Sub Department names, and improper validation of Change Reasons. These fixes now ensure accurate data visibility across History Pages, Employee Profiles, and Reports.
Bulk Uploader : Asset Types unable to be put into a Category with a Sub-Category. Issue resolved where, when Bulk Uploading Asset Types, attempting to use a Category with a Sub-Category would result in the creation of a new category instead of linking the correct Sub-Category. The system now correctly links Asset Categories and SubCategories and the CSV structure has been updated to include both Asset Category and Asset Sub-Category fields. The Bulk Uploader will fail if the specified Asset Category does not exist.
Administration : Unable to save Colour selections within Company Information. Issue resolved where, when updating the Company Information Section and selecting colours for fields like "Company Culture," the colour selections were not being saved. Colours are now saved as expected for background and text in the respective fields, ensuring that colour scheme updates are retained.
Workflows: Requisition approval step, decline when escalated, does not trigger new workflow. Issue resolved where, when an Approval step escalates and the user declines the Requisition, the new Workflow was not triggered as expected. The system now correctly triggers the designated Workflow upon decline, even if the step has escalated, allowing the workflow process to continue as intended.
Workflows : Trigger step workflow not triggering workflow when second workflow is restricted. Issue resolved where, when multiple Workflows with restrictions were triggered in sequence, the Workflow triggers were not consistently triggering. Now, workflows will trigger correctly when the Employee meets the restrictions specified in the Workflow step, ensuring consistent and reliable behaviour in workflow execution.
Workflow : Length of service settings not being retained. Issue resolved where, the Length of Service Setting in Workflows was defaulting to ‘More than’ even when selecting ‘Less than’ and incorrectly adding a space before numbers when selecting ‘Less than or equal to’. The setting now correctly retains the chosen options, and spaces are no longer added when submitting values.
Users : HR user can access the edit page for salary and job histories using the URL. Issue resolved where, HR users could access the Salary and Job History edit page by manually entering the URL, even when the edit option was not available in the UI. Now, access to the edit page is fully restricted and is only accessible to users with the appropriate permissions.
Time Off : Shutdown Days not displaying on Homepage or T&A Calendar When Shutdown Type is Part of a Summary. Issue resolved where, Shutdown Days pushed as part of a summary were not displaying on the Homepage or T&A Calendar. Shutdown days now correctly appear in the Calendar when assigned through a summary type.
Time Off : No indication of Mandatory Attachments for Time Off Types until after Submission. Issue resolved where, mandatory attachment requirements for Time-Off requests were not indicated before submission. A red asterisk now marks the attachment field as mandatory, and requests cannot be submitted without the required attachments.
Employees : Profile Photos taken on Mobile Devices and Uploaded are Auto rotating. Issue resolved where, Profile photos uploaded from mobile devices were autorotated incorrectly in the previewer. Images will now maintain their original orientation.
Employees : Employee is able to be assigned as their own Approver via API / Bulk upload. Issue resolved where, Employees could be assigned as their own Approver via the Update Existing Employee Bulk Upload or API. This caused Time Off requests to be hidden from the Approver’s calendar. Employees can no longer be assigned as their own Approver.
Social stream : Emoji dropdown list does not display any emoji’s. Issue resolved where, the emoji dropdown in Social stream posts was blank, preventing users from adding emojis. Now, when clicking on the emoji icon in the composer, the dropdown will display all available emojis for selection, allowing Users to insert them into their posts.
Documents : When viewing a document signature it shows UTC as the time zone. Issue resolved where, the time displayed on a Document signature incorrectly showed UTC next to the time. The time is now displayed correctly based on the Employee’s Localization, without the UTC label, aligning with the form signature behaviour.
Documents : Inability to Delete Multiple Employee Documents in Bulk. Issue resolved where, Admins were unable to delete multiple Employee documents awaiting signature in bulk. Now, Admins can select multiple documents and delete them at once. A success banner will appear if the deletion is successful, and an error banner will appear if the deletion fails.
Succession : Slow Succession page load times for large Employee data sets. Issue resolved where, large data sets would result in long load times on the Succession Page when accessed via Job Roles. Previously, the system loaded all Employees at once, causing delays for environments with large Employee datasets. The page now loads an initial set of records and dynamically retrieving additional records resulting in faster load times.
Recruitment : Language used in application forms is based on main Admins localisation not the portal key. Issue resolved where, the language selected for a portal key was not being applied correctly when loading application forms. Previously, the system used the language selected in the main Admin's localization, leading to mismatched language displays. Now, the correct language for the portal key is used for all relevant fields, ensuring the application form appears in the intended language.
Recruitment : New List Page Template - Font colours not functioning. Issue resolved where, font colour settings in the Recruitment Module’s List Page Settings were not fully applied when using the New List Page Template. Previously, the colour changes only affected bullet-pointed and numbered lists, while other text remained in the default colour.
Risk Profile : Does not export for large customers. Issue resolved where, the Risk Profile export functionality failed for large customers. Previously, in Chrome, the file downloaded as 0KB and couldn't be opened, while in Firefox, the download failed. The fix now splits the export into multiple images when row counts exceed the max height, downloading each image separately.
Forms : Custom value fields don't retain edits when removing options. Issue resolved where, custom value fields in Forms were not saving edits correctly. If a user removed selected options and submitted the Form, the changes were not retained, and the previous selections reappeared. The Form now correctly updates to reflect removed selections.
Forms : Forms that are set to not be visible to employees can still be accessed via a workflow. Issue resolved where, Employees could access and submit forms sent via Workflow, even when the Form was set to be not visible to them. Now, Employees will be restricted from accessing such Forms as expected.
Performance Review Forms: Incorrect field grouping on Edit page of cloned Performance Review Forms. Issue resolved where, in Performance Review Forms, cloned fields were displayed incorrectly on the edit page, grouping all instances of the same field together instead of maintaining the correct clone section order. The Form now correctly displays cloned sections in sequence, improving usability for employees.
Forms : Manager-Level User can manually sign Signature Fields intended for Employees. Issue resolved where, Managers were able to manually draw a Signature in a signature field that was restricted to Employee updates only. Now, Managers can no longer modify the signature field when it is set to “Employee can update”.
Forms : Performance Review Form visibility issue where Employee view is blank on Split Screen. Issue resolved where, Managers could see the Performance Review Form they were filling out on the split screen, while Employees could not. Now, both Managers and Employees will have a consistent experience where the form they are actively completing is now displayed on the split screen.
Performance Forms: 9 Box Grid fields incorrectly display 'Low' on View Data page despite being left blank. Issue resolved where, leaving a 9-box grid field blank in a Performance Review Form resulted in it displaying as "Low" on the view data page instead of remaining blank. Now, the field correctly reflects its blank state across all views.
Reporting : Unable to share Dashboards with Facilities users. Issue resolved where, the Facilities user group was not available for sharing Dashboards, even when all Reports were already shared with them. The Facilities group is now correctly included in the sharing options, allowing Dashboards to be shared.
Reporting : No ‘Billable’ field available within the Mileage Items dataset. Issue resolved where, no Billable field was within the Mileage Items dataset. The ‘Line Billable’ field has now been added to the Mileage Items dataset in Report Builder, ensuring consistency with the Expense Items dataset.
