Fixes

Administration : Audit Log not populated when an Employee is made a Leaver. Issue resolved where no Audit Log message was generated to record when an Employee is made a Leaver.

Announcements : Restricted Announcements incorrectly available to some Employees. Issue resolved where, if an Announcement was restricted by Site, it would be available to Employees with no Site selected. If an Announcement was restricted by Department it would be available to Employees with no Department selected.

API : Unable to update Employee Custom Field data using the Employees API Endpoint. Issue resolved where users making a POST to the Employees endpoint would receive an error 500 when updating Employee Custom Field data.

Directory : Unable to Search Table View of Directory by Employee Name. Issue resolved where searching the Table view of the Directory by Employee Name would always return no results.

Employees : Manager Change function records Histories for all Change Reasons. Issue resolved where, if an Admin or HR User used the Manager Change function to make changes to Employees, a History record would always be created, even if the selected Change Reason was configured not to Record Histories.

Employees : Restricted HR Users unable to upload Employee Photos. Issue resolved where HR Users Restricted by Site, Company or Job Role Level were unable to upload Photos for Employees in the Employees module.

Employees : Unable to add Work Email Addresses containing an Apostrophe character. Issue resolved where a user Adding or Editing an Employee was unable to add an Email Address to the Work Email field containing an Apostrophe character.

Employees : Change Codes beginning with a letter not displayed in Salary or Job Histories. Issue resolved where, if a change was made to an Employee using a Change Reason, and that Change Reason had a Change Code beginning with a letter, that Change Code would not be displayed in any resulting Salary or Job History Record.

Expenses : Currency reset to Site Default currency on ‘Per Line’ Expense Claims. Issue resolved where, in an environment where an Employee sets the currency for each line of their Expense Claim, the default currency for the Expense Claim is changed to the value set for the Employee’s Site.

Forms : ‘Signed at’ time for a completed Electronic Signature field always displayed in UTC.
Issue resolved where the time displayed alongside ‘Signed at’ for a completed Electronic Signature Field in a Form is always displayed in UTC, instead of the logged-in user’s local Timezone as specified in Localisation.

Forms : ‘Link report data…’ setting on 360 Feedback Forms always appears unchecked when Editing. Issue resolved where the ‘Link report data…’ setting on a 360 Feedback Form would always appear unchecked when Editing a 360 Feedback form, even if the setting was enabled.

Forms : ‘Form redirect time’ setting not applied when submitting some Performance Review Forms. Issue resolved where, in an environment with the ‘Form redirect time’ setting enabled and the ‘Performance review split screen’ enabled for Employees, a user completing a Performance Review Form in Split Screen view would not be redirected to their homepage after the specified time.

Mileage : Restricted Finance User can view Archived Mileage Claims for Employees outside their restrictions. Issue resolved where a Finance User restricted by Site, Company or Job Role Level was able to access Archived Mileage Claims for Employees who were outside their Restrictions.

Recruitment : \r\n Characters displayed for Line Breaks in Candidate Reject Emails. Issue resolved where, in Emails sent to Candidates who had been rejected, Line Breaks were displayed as \r\n.

Recruitment : Job Type does not appear in Recruitment Portals using the ‘Original’ Portal Template style. Issue resolved where, if a user selected ‘Job Status’ in the List Page Settings for a Recruitment Portal in the ‘Original’ Template Version, the Job Type would not be displayed on the Recruitment Portal.

Recruitment : \r\n Characters displayed for Line Breaks in Interview Emails. Issue resolved where, in Emails sent to Candidates who had been invited to Interview, Line Breaks were displayed as \r\n.

Reporting : Declined Salary Changes appear on Payroll Integration Reports. Issue resolved where, if a Salary Change was declined, the change would erroneously appear on a Payroll Integration Report with ‘Send salary changes’ set to ‘Yes’.

Reporting : ‘Employee Accrual Types’ Reports show Types for which Employees are not eligible. Issue resolved where, in some specific circumstances, Reports based on the ‘Employee Accrual Types’ dataset could show Accrual Types being applied to Employees which that Employee was not eligible for. This was a Reporting issue only and did not affect allowances.

Reporting : Duplicate entries shown for some Dashboards in the dropdown on the Dashboards page. Issue resolved where, if a Main Admin user shares a Reporting Dashboard to Admin users, this would result in the Dashboard appearing twice in the dropdown.

Reporting : ‘Line Archived’ field in Expense Items report always shows ‘No’. Issue resolved where the ‘Line Archived’ field in a Report Builder report using the ‘Expense Items’ dataset would always show ‘No’, including for Archived Expense Items.

Timesheets : Employees unable to Complete a Timesheet on days where they have Half Day absence. Issue resolved where, if an Employee had a Time Off Request for a Half Day on a given date and ‘Allow Employees to Select Non Working Days’ was set to ‘No’, then the Employee would be unable to enter a Timesheet for the portion of the day they are working.

Workflows : Continuous Workflows for Time Off Duration incorrectly triggers for Archived Time Off. Issue resolved where Continuous Workflows based on Time Off Duration incorrectly triggered for Time Off that is Archived. This only occurred for Workflows without a specified Activation Date.

Workflows : ‘Send Email to (External) Email Address’ steps not triggering in specific circumstances. Issue resolved where the ‘Send Email to (External) Email Address’ step would fail to trigger and send an email if placed after a ‘Yes/No’ where ‘No’ is selected.

Workflows : ‘Date Started’ date in the Workflows table can be incorrect in Escalated Workflow. Issue resolved where, if a Workflow has an Escalation step and the Escalation has triggered, the ‘Date Started’ displayed in the Workflows Table View for that Workflow would be incorrectly updated.

Workflows : ‘Send Existing Form’ steps fail to Trigger correctly in Workflows with ‘Yes/No’ steps. Issue resolved where, in a Workflow where a ‘Send Existing Form’ step follows a ‘Yes/No’ step, the ‘Send Existing Form’ step does not correctly link to the Form.

Workflows : Extraneous Semicolon displayed in Workflow Emails containing the [change_reason] tag. Issue resolved where an Extraneous Semicolon could be displayed in a Workflow Email where the [change_reason] tag is used, if the Change Reason did not have a Description.

Workflows : ‘Send Email’ steps fail to Trigger correctly in Workflows with ‘Yes/No’ steps. Issue resolved where, in a Workflow where a ‘Send Email’ step follows a ‘Yes/No’ step, the ‘Send Email’ step does not correctly link to the Form.

Workflows : Employee Details Workflow Steps marked as Completed without input. Issue resolved where the Employee Enter Address Details, Bank Details and Emergency Contact Details steps would be incorrectly marked as Completed when an Employee had not actioned the Step.

Users : Various issues with automatically created User Accounts. Issues resolved where user accounts which were created automatically, either by means of a Workflow with a ‘Send account’ step or by using the ‘Auto create user account” setting, were not valid and could not be used to log in. This issue did not occur for white label customers.

Reporting : Balances of Time Off Trade types do not appear in Time Off Balances reports. Issue resolved where reports based on the Time Off Balances dataset did not include the balances for Time Off Types used for Time Off Trades.

UI : Extraneous dropdown fields appearing throughout the system. Issue resolved where extraneous dropdown fields appeared throughout the system for some users with the latest browser versions.  These dropdowns had no effect and were a visual issue only.

Time Off : Length of Service Time Off Types can be assigned to the same Employee multiple times. Issues resolved where it was possible to assign the same Length of Service Time Off Type to a group of Employees by Publishing that type using a Metadata selection.

Workflows : Time Off Trades marked as Approved prematurely. Issue resolved where Time Off Trades subject to an Approval Workflow would be approved before all of the ‘Require Approval’ steps in the Workflow had been Actioned.

Time Off : Various issues with the handling of Accented and Special Characters in Time Off Type Names. Issues resolved throughout the system where Accented or Special Characters are used in the names of Time Off Types.

Documents : Only the 6 most recent Documents in a Payroll Documents Category are displayed. Issues resolved where only the 6 most recent Documents were displayed in a Payroll Documents Category (eg Payslips) and older Documents could not be accessed.
