Fixes
Calendars : Birthdays and Anniversaries not shown in iCal Calendar Subscription Feeds. Issue resolved where, if a user chose to show Birthdays and Anniversaries in their iCal Calendar Subscription, events of these types would not appear in Outlook.
Employees : Job Role Descriptions not displayed for users with the Canadian French language. Issue resolved where a user who has selected the ‘Canandian French’ language in Localisation was unable to view the pop-up display of Job Role Descriptions using the icon on the Employee card.
Expenses : Editing a Draft Expense Claim in Employee Self Service triggers a Payroll Sync Event. Issue resolved where, in an environment with the Payroll functions enabled, if an Employee edits a Draft Expense Claim in Self Service, a Payroll Sync Event is incorrectly triggered to add the Expense Claim.
Expenses : Incorrect Currency used for Expense Claims with multiple different Currencies. Issue resolved where, if a user enters an Expense Claim with multiple Lines and chooses a different Currency for each Line, the Claim was not correctly converted into the default Currency.
Forms : Manager unable to Edit a Performance Review Form sent via a Workflow. Issue resolved where, if a Performance Review Form is sent in a Workflow, a Manager user would be unable to Edit the Completed form after the Workflow had finished.
Recruitment : Referrer information not captured for Candidates. Issue resolved where the Referrer information was not captured when a Candidate submitted an Application using a Custom Application Form on the Recruitment Portal.
Recruitment : Candidates not Archived when using Bulk Actions to choose a ‘Reject’ Recruitment Stage. Issue resolved where, in an environment with a Recruitment Stage with ‘Grid Reject Action’ set to ‘Yes’, when Candidates were moved to this stage using Bulk Actions their Recruitment Stage was correctly changed but they were not Archived.
Recruitment : Unable to remove ‘Reference’ field from Recruitment Portal once selected. Issue resolved where, if the ‘Reference’ field in List Page Settings is checked, it is not possible to uncheck it and therefore remove it from the Recruitment Portal.
Recruitment : Individual Time Off Allowance fields not shown when completing Candidates. Issue resolved where users completing Candidates were unable to enter Time Off Allowances for Individual Allowance types as the fields were not shown. The ‘Annual Holiday Entitlement’ field was shown, and completing this populated the Pool allowance for the Employee.
Reporting : “Not Found” incorrectly shown in some Reports. Issue resolved where, in some specific circumstances, ‘Not Found’ would be displayed in Reports where there was data available to show.
Reporting : Unable to display reports containing Date of Birth (Month) fields in Date order. Issue resolved where Reports ordered by Date of Birth (Month) were not displayed in Date order.
Reporting : Blank page displayed when downloading the Dataplan Payroll Report. Issue resolved where users of the Dataplan Payroll Integration report were unable to download the ZIP archive containing the Report files.
Time Off : Time Off Map incorrect when an Employee has separate AM/PM Requests for the same day. Issue resolved where the Time Off Map displayed incorrectly if an Employee had two separate Time Off Requests (one in the AM and the other in the PM) for the same day, and one of those Requests was for the Carryover type.
Time Off : Length of Service types can be assigned to an Employee multiple times. Issue resolved where it was possible to assign the same Length of Service type to an Employee multiple times using the Assign function on the Time Off Types page. This would result in incorrect balances for these types for any affected Employees.
Workflows : Time Tracking Approval Workflows do not trigger when set to ‘Records with exceptions only’. Issue resolved where Time Tracking Approval Workflows failed to trigger for Time Tracking Records with Exceptions, when the setting ‘Require Approval?’ was set to ‘Yes – Records with exceptions only’.
Workflows : Workflow Steps based on a Date stored in a Custom Employee Field fail to Trigger. Issue resolved where Workflow Steps where the ‘When should this happen?’ criteria is based on a Date stored in a Custom Employee Field failed to trigger on the correct date.
Workflows : Incorrect icon displayed in Workflow View for Embedded Workflows. Issue resolved where the incorrect icon was displayed for a step which had triggered an Embedded Workflow in the Workflow progress view.
Workflows : Emails not sent for some Workflow Steps. Issue resolved where the emails for Employee Address, Emergency Contact and Bank Details steps were not sent if the steps were set to trigger other than ‘On Last Action’.
Workflows : ‘Update Recruitment Stage’ Workflow Steps do not change Recruitment Stage. Issue resolved where, in some specific builds for Task/Recruitment Workflows, the ‘Update Recruitment Stage’ Workflow Step type failed to update the Candidate’s Recruitment Stage.
