Fixes 

Calendars : Site/Company Restrictions on Restricted HR Users not applied to Calendar feeds. Issue resolved where a restricted HR User who added their Calendar to Outlook using the ICS Calendar Feeds would see Employees that were outside their restrictions.

Expenses : ‘Add line’ and ‘Add multiple’ buttons on Expenses and Mileage disabled after Saving. Issue resolved where ‘Add line’ and ‘Add multiple’ buttons would be disabled after a user Saved a partcompleted Expense Report or Mileage Claim.

Expenses : Some Employees see a blank page after submitting an Expense Report. Issue resolved where some Employees would see a blank page after submitting an Expense Report.

Expenses : Admin users with the ‘Act on behalf of’ permission unable to submit Expenses for themselves. Issue resolved where if an Admin user had the permission to ‘Act on behalf of’ other Employees in the Expense module, they would then only see the names of those Employees when submitting an Expense in Self Service, and would therefore be unable to submit an Expense for themselves.

Mileage : Unable to view Archived Mileage Claims if there are no Active Mileage Claims. Issue resolved where, in an environment where all of the Mileage Claims have been Archived and none were Active, the user would not see the Active/Archived toggle and would therefore be unable to access the Archived claims.

Recruitment : Job Title is clickable on the Job Description page, but does not link anywhere. Issue resolved where the Job Title displayed on the Job Description page of the Recruitment Portal was a clickable link, but clicking on it did not link anywhere.

Recruitment : Hours per Week displayed to 3 decimal places on some pages. Issue resolved where the Hours per Week field was displayed to 3 decimal places on some pages in the Recruitment module. We will now display the entered value only.

Recruitment : Twitter logo displayed in the Sharing features on the Recruitment Portal. Issue resolved where the obsolete Twitter logo was displayed on the Share buttons used when viewing a role on the Recruitment Portal. This has been updated to use the X icon and the ‘Post’ text.

Reporting : Column headings not displayed in Pivot Tables for some fields. Issue resolved where the column headings were not displayed in Pivot Tables when some field types were included.

Self Service : National Insurance number validated as Mandatory in error. Issue resolved where the National Insurance Number field on the Self Service > My Personal Details field could not be left blank, even if it was not a mandatory field.

Vehicles : Vehicle details are not editable when an Employee has multiple Vehicles. Issue resolved where if an Employee had multiple Vehicles, they would be unable to edit the details of those Vehicles in Self Service.

Workflows : Exporting the Workflows page always shows 0 in the Count column. Issue resolved where if the Workflows page was exported as a CSV, Excel or PDF file the Count column would always show 0 in the exported file.

Workflows : Message composer functions not working when Adding or Editing a Workflow Step. Issue resolved where some of the functions on the Message composer did not work correctly when Adding or Editing a Workflow Step.

Workflows : Email notifications not sent for ‘Yes/No’ Workflow Steps in specific circumstances. Issue resolved where the email notification for a ‘Yes/No’ workflow step was not sent to the recipient in specific circumstances.
