HRWize Patch Notes Version 22.6.3

Fixes

Documents: Document Signature Declarations containing an Apostrophe show as a HTML Entity. Issue resolved where, if the Document Signature Declaration text contained an Apostrophe character, this appeared as a HTML entity on the View Electronic Signature page.

Forms: Ampersand characters appear as HTML Entities when downloading Form Data in CSV Format. Issue resolved where, if Form Data contained an Ampersand character and that form data was either (a) downloaded as a CSV file using Form Data or (b) used to create a Report in Report Builder and that report downloaded as a CSV file, then the Ampersand appeared as a HTML entity.

Mileage: ‘Exceeds Mileage Threshold’ warning incorrectly displayed when using Google to calculate distance. Issue resolved where, in some specific circumstances involving the automatic Mileage distance calculations provided by Google, the ‘Exceeds Mileage Threshold’ warning was incorrectly displayed for a return journey that did not exceed the threshold.

Planner: Filtering by Cost Centre produces no results. Issue resolved where, if the Planner was filtered by Cost Centre, no results were produced.

Time Off: ‘Round up Time Off Balances’ setting incorrectly applied when Requesting or Approving Time Off.  Issue resolved where, if a customer has opted to Round Up (or Down) Time Off Balances, that setting was not correctly applied in some circumstances when Requesting or Approving Time Off. This could result in Employees being unable to book their entire remaining allowance, or Approvers being unable to approve the same.

Time Off: ‘Period End’ function did not mark all relevant Time Off Trades as Inactive. Issue resolved where, for customers using the Time Off Trades function, clicking the ‘Period End’ button did not mark all relevant Time Off Trades as Inactive. This could impact Time Off balances and cause issues with Carryover when running the Year End processes.

Time Off  Requests to Buy or Sell with a duration ending in .5 days incorrectly display as whole days. Issue resolved where, if a Time Off Trade is requested with a duration ending in .5 (for example 1.5 days), this is correctly reflected in calculations but incorrectly displayed as being in whole days (eg  1 day) when the request is Approved.

Workflows: Continuous Workflows fail to trigger against Archived Employees. Issue resolved where Continuous Workflows with the parameter “Trigger against leavers /archived employees?” set to “Yes” failed to trigger for Archived Employees.

Workflows: Requisition Approval Workflows fail to progress if the Requisition is added by a Manager.  Issue resolved where, if a Manager adds a Requisition and this triggers a Requisition Approval workflow, the workflow does not progress correctly when the Requisition is Approved / Declined.

Workflows: Workflow Comments are automatically populated in specific circumstances. Issue resolved where, if a Workflow contains a “Yes/No” step with the “Implication of No” set to “Move to Specified Step”, and the selected step is a prior step in the workflow, and “All workflow comments visible” is set to “Yes”, then when the recipient actions the step, the Workflow Comments field is automatically populated with the previous recipient’s comments.

Workflows: Expense & Mileage approval workflows fail for requests submitted by Admin and HR users. Issue resolved where, if an Admin or HR user submitted an Expense or Mileage claim that was subject to an Approval workflow, that workflow would not be actionable. The system’s ‘default’ approval process would also trigger alongside the Workflow.

Forms: “Default Form Download Label” setting not applied when downloading Form Data. Issue resolved where the choice made in the “Default Form Download Label” setting is not correctly applied when downloading Form Data in Form Builder
