Fixes

Administration : Unable to Bulk Upload data into ‘List’ field types in Custom Forms. Issue resolved where users attempting to use the Custom Form Data Bulk Uploader to add data into Pre-Populated ‘List’ field types (eg Department List) would always receive an error indicating that the entered value was invalid.

Calendars : Half Day Time Off Requests appear as Full Days in Azure synced Calendars. Issue resolved where Time Off Requests for a half day (AM/PM) would always appear as a full day in Calendars synced using the Azure Calendar Sync.

Employees : Meter cannot be set in Add or Quick Add where Time Off Allowances are set to Auto Populate. Issue resolved where, in an environment where Time Off Allowances are set to automatically populate, users were unable to set a Time Off Meter (Days/Hours) when using the Add or Quick Add functions to add an Employee.

Employees : Existing data lost in Restricted Fields when a user without access to fields Edits an Employee. Issue resolved where, if a change was made to an Employee record by a user without access to a Restricted Field (eg, Home Telephone), the existing data in that field would be lost. This could occur for changes made by Managers or HR users with Manager restrictions.

Forms : Manager users able to view Form Submissions where they are the Employee. Issue resolved where, for a form where ‘Visible to Employees’ is set to ‘No’, a Manager user would be able to view Form Submissions where they were they Employee on the Form.

Odometer : Errors whilst loading the Odometer readings Table view. Issue resolved where users with a large number of Odometer readings would intermittently receive an error message when attempting to load a Table view showing Odometer readings.

Recruitment : Job Role names containing Apostrophes causes error when adding Job Offers. Issue resolved where an error message was displayed if a user added a Job Offer for a Job Role whose name contained an Apostrophe.

Reporting : ‘Send to Payroll’ field always shows as ‘Not Found’. Issue resolved where, in an environment with the Payroll features enabled, when the ‘Send to Payroll’ field was included in a report the result would always show ‘Not Found’.

Social : Social Recognition set to Require Approval and Private displays in the Social Stream. Issue resolved where Social Recognition which is (a) in a category that Requires Approval and (b) is set to Private incorrectly appears in the Social Stream for all users.

Time Off : Proration not applied when making a Mid Year Change to Employee Time Off Allowances. Issue resolved where proration was not applied when making a mid year change to an Employee’s Time Off Allowance.

Time Off : Breakdown and Donut display shows incorrect values when Approving a Time Off Request. Issue resolved where the Time Off Breakdown and ‘Donut’ display show the current user’s own Time Off values when a user approves a Time Off Request, rather than the Requester’s values.

Time Off : Proration calculation for Length of Service types differs from Individual Allowance types. Issue resolved where the proration calculation used for Length of Service Time Off Types differed from the calculation used for Individual Allowance Time Off Types, for an Employee who was a Mid Year Starter or Mid Year Leaver.

Time Off : Errors when making requests for TOIL Allowances or Time Off Trades. Issue resolved where some customers would receive an error message when making a request for TOIL Allowance or a Time Off Trade.

Training : Unable to load Course Library in Self Service. Issue resolved where a user attempting to load the Training Course Library via the Self Service > My Development > My Training page would receive a ‘Service Unavailable’ error.

Workflows : Declining an Approval step in a Requisition Approval Workflow results in an error. Issue resolved where if a user Declined an Approval step in a Requisition Approval Workflow, where the ‘Implication of No’ on that step was set to ‘Trigger new workflow’, an error message would be presented.

Workflows : Employees in Manager Level Job Roles able to perform Manager Workflow Actions. Issue resolved where a user with the Employee user group and a Manager level job role was able to perform Workflow actions from the To Do’s pane that were intended for Managers.

Workflows : ‘Send form which triggered workflow’ Workflow Steps are actioned prematurely. Issue resolved where Workflow steps of the type ‘Send form which triggered workflow’ were marked as actioned, and the Workflow would proceed, before the user had completed the attached form.

Workflows : Workflow Steps based on a date stored in a Custom Field are triggered on the wrong date. Issue resolved where, in a Workflow of category ‘Continuous’ and type ‘Trigger date’, where the chosen Trigger Date was stored in a Custom Field, any Workflow Steps which were also based on the same Custom Field would trigger on the wrong date.

Timesheets : Incorrect Delta displayed on some pages for Timesheets with multiple lines. Issue resolved where, if a Timesheet had multiple Timesheet Lines for the same date, an incorrect Delta was displayed on some page.
