Fixes 

Employees : 'Company' field populates as first option on the list when a HR User adds an Employee. Issue resolved where, for a HR User adding an Employee, the 'Company' field on the ‘Add Employee page’ would incorrectly default to the HR User’s Company.

Forms : 'Other Employee List’ Form Field defaults to first Employee Name. Issue resolved where, if a Form contained both an ‘Assigned Employee’ and an ‘Other Employee List’ field and was sent in a Workflow, the ‘Other Employee List’ field would default to the first Employee Name available in the dropdown instead of “Please Choose”.

Forms : Forms ‘Only usable in workflow’ are visible if in a Form Category. Issue resolved where, forms with "Only Usable in a Workflow“ set to “Yes – Do not show within relevant modules” which were also in a Form Category were incorrectly visible in the Forms module.

Forms : Manager can see their downline’s Performance Review Forms in Self Service. Issue resolved where, if a Manager submits a Performance Review Form for one of their employees, the manager could then see the same Form Submission in ‘My Reviews’ in Self Service.

Forms : Form Fields with ‘HR Only’ visibility appear out of order in Performance Review Forms. Issue resolved where, Form Fields with ‘HR Only’ visibility were changing positions and moving to the top of the form when accessed through a Workflow.

Meetings : Scheduled meetings display incorrectly in Calendars. Issue resolved where, if a Meeting is scheduled between an Employee and their Manager, the meeting appears incorrectly on the Employee and Manager’s Calendars.

Mileage : ‘Return Journey’ button results in incorrect dates. Issue resolved where, if a user clicked the ‘Return Journey’ button when adding a Mileage Claim in the Mileage module, the date of the Journey changed.

Recruitment : Unable to unsubscribe from Job Alerts. Issue resolved where Candidates who subscribed to Job Alerts on the Recruitment Portal were unable to unsubscribe from those Alerts.

Reporting : Reports within a Report Category are not viewable by Secondary User Group users. Issue resolved where, Reports within a Report Category were not visible to users, where the user’s Secondary User Group should have allowed access.

Reporting : ‘Is Empty’ / ‘Is Not Empty’ Filters on Date Fields not working for Custom Form Reports. Issue resolved where applying an ‘Is Empty’ / ‘Is Not Empty’ Filter to a Date Field in a Report based on a Custom Form Dataset produced unexpected results.

Reporting : Aggregate Rows not shown in Table Reports. Issue resolved where aggregate rows were not shown when producing a Table Report.

Social : Employee names with an ' appear with a \ on the Social Template Preview. Issue resolved where Employee Names containing an Apostrophe character were preceeded by a Backslash character when using the [rec_names] tag in Social Recognition.

Time Off : Attachments not stored against child Time Off Types (Reasons) in some circumstances. Issue resolved where, in some limited circumstances where a child Time Off Type (Reason) was set to Require Attachments, and an Employee submitted a Time Off Request with one or more attachments, those attachments were not stored.

Time Off : Unable to Request Time Off when the Time Off Type Name contains an Apostrophe. Issue resolved where a user would be unable to Request Time Off if the Time Off Type Name contained an Apostrophe character.

Timesheets : Incorrect Total Hours displayed in Timesheet Summary for Timesheets with multiple lines. Issue resolved where, the Total Hours would display an incorrect value when Viewing, Approving or Confirming a Timesheet with multiple lines.

Timesheets : Managers able to delete Timesheets ‘Delete Timesheets’ is Not Selected. Issue resolved where Manager users were able to Delete their Employee’s Timesheets when the ‘Delete Timesheets’ Manager Permission was not enabled.

Training : HR Users can see the same Training Records in both Active and Archived Training Record Tables.  Issue resolved where HR Users would see the same Training Records in both the Active and Archived views on the Training Records page.

Users : ‘Password change on login’ option does not require the User to change their Password on Login. Issue resolved where if a User Account was created using the Bulk Upload Users tool and the ‘Password change on login’ option was selected, the user was not forced to change their password on their next login. This fix only applies to white label environments.

Users : ‘Reset and Resend’ does not require Users to reset their Password upon their next login. Issue resolved where, if the ‘Reset and Resend’ option on the Company Users page is used, the user would not be required to reset their temporary password on their next login. This fix only applies to white label environments.

Users : ‘Force password change (days)’ does not force a password change on login after x days. Issue resolved where, the ‘Force password change (days)’ setting was not correctly applied when a user logged in, and the user was not forced to change their password on login. This fix only applies to white label environments.

Users : Password Change does not accept current Password. Issue resolved where users who need to reset their password were not able to do so, as their current password was not accepted as valid. This issue occurred in multiple places in the system. This fix only applies to white label environments.
