HRWize Patch Notes Version 23.5.0

Fixes 

Calendars : Carryover Time Off Requests do not display correctly in linked Azure Calendars. Issue resolved where requests for Time Off using the Carryover type appeared only as “Out of Office” (rather than “Carryover”) in linked Azure Calendars.

Employees : Change Time not recorded when an Employee Allowance History Record is created. Issue resolved where the time that a Change was made was always recorded as 01:00 when an Employee Allowance History record was created. Depending on the user’s Timezone, this could result in incorrect proration of Time Off Allowances.

Expenses : Payment Method shown incorrectly when viewing Expense Claims with more than one line. Issue resolved where the Payment Method could show incorrectly when viewing an Expense Claim where some Expense Lines had a Payment Method selected, and others did not.

Forms : Forms that have triggered a Workflow not accessible from the Forms module. Issue resolved where if the completion of a Form triggered a Workflow, that Form submission would then not be accessible from the Forms module.

Recruitment : Candidate Name not populated on “Interview accepted by Canddiate” emails. Issue resolved where the Email sent when a Candidate accepts an Interview Request did not contain the Candidate’s Name.

Time Off : Employee Planner loads slowly for environments with many Employees. Issue resolved where, in an environment where the Employee Planner is enabled, the Planner would load slowly and potentially fail to load in an environment with many Employees.  Filters are now displayed so the Employee can filter the view.

Time Off : Some Length of Service Allowances are incorrectly renewed at the start of a new Holiday Year. Issue resolved where Length of Service Allowances set to accrue on Start Date Anniversary were instead renewed at the start of a new Holiday Year.

Timesheets : Users able to delete the only Timesheet Line in a Timesheet. Issue resolved where users were able to delete the only or last remaining Timesheet Line in a Timesheet and subsequently submit that empty Timesheet, resulting in a Timesheet with a zero duration.

Timesheets : Total Hours incorrect on some pages where Standard Working Hours are set for an Employee’s Site. Issue resolved where the Total Hours displayed on some pages in the Timesheet module was incorrect, in scenarios where the Standard Working Hours are set at Site level for the Employee’s Site, and those Standard Working Hours differ from the Company default.

Training : Employee Risk Profile not updated when a Training Record containing an Apostrophe is updated. Issue resolved where, in an environment where the Employee Planner is enabled, the Planner would load slowly and potentially fail to load in an environment with many Employees.  Filters are now displayed so the Employee can filter the view.

Workflows : Forms unable to be accessed from Send Existing Form steps in some circumstances. Issue resolved where in some Workflow configurations, the link generated by a Send Existing Form step would be invalid, and as a result the form would be inaccessible.
