Fixes

Forms : Employees able to access and complete expired 360 Feedback Forms. Issue resolved where Employees were able to access and complete ‘360 Feedback’ form after the form’s expiry date by following the link in the email sent to them.

Recruitment : Extraneous backslash character displayed in Application Success emails to Candidates. Issue resolved where, if an Application Success message contained an apostrophe character, this was preceded by a backslash character in the email delivered to the candidate.

Recruitment : Emails not sent when a Candidate declines an Invite to Interview. Issue resolved where, in an environment where the ‘Multiple Interview Slots’ function is enabled and where the Interview Schedule has more than one Interviewer, the Interviewers did not receive emails if the Candidate declined the Invite to Interview.

Recruitment : ‘Site’ does not appear in the Recruitment Portal JSON and XML feeds. Issue resolved where the ‘Site’ field did not appear in JSON and XML feeds for Recruitment portals.

Time Off : Incorrect balances shown in the Donut chart when Editing an Approved Time Off Request. Issue resolved where, if a user edited an Approved Time Off request in the Time Off module and increased/reduced the Duration of the request, the values shown in the Donut chart was not updated and were incorrect as a result.

Time Off : Employees able to request Time Off in a Blackout period. Issue resolved where, in an environment where Employees are able to specify AM/PM for half-day requests, Employees were able to request Time Off during a Time Off Blackout period by changing the selection in the ‘AM/PM/All day’ dropdown.

Timesheets : Incorrect Delta value displayed for some Timesheets. Issue resolved where an incorrect Delta value could be displayed when an Employee submits a Timesheet with a Start or End time that is not on the hour.

Users : ‘Add’ and ‘Quick Add’ buttons not displayed in the Users module for some Restricted HR Users. Issue resolved where, if a HR user was restricted by Site and there were currently no User accounts for Employees within that Site, the ‘Add’ and ‘Quick Add’ buttons would not be displayed in the Users module.

Workflows : Workflow Steps fail to trigger in Workflows based on Dates stored in Custom Fields. Issue resolved where, in a Workflow where the ‘When should this happen?’ criteria is based on a Date stored in a Custom Field, some Workflow Steps would fail to trigger on the correct date.

Reporting : Candidate Grid View fails to load for Requisitions with a large number of Candidates. Issue resolved where the Candidate Grid View would fail to load if the Requisition had a large number of Candidates.

Timesheets : Incorrect information displayed when ‘Allow multiple timesheets for each week’ is used. Issue resolved where, in environments where ‘Allow multiple timesheets for each week’ was set to ‘Yes’ and multiple Timesheets had been added for the same week, the values displayed in the Timesheet summary were incorrect.

Timesheets : Managers able to inadvertently action Approval steps intended for Approvers. Issue resolved where a Manager actioning a Require Approval workflow step on a Timesheet Approval workflow was able to inadvertently approve the request twice – once as the Employee’s Manager, and the second time as the Employee’s Approver.
