Fixes
Administration : Bulk Uploading Form Data does not update values for ‘Completed’ fields. Issue resolved where, if a user Bulk Uploads Form Data and that data contains ‘Completed’ fields, the values for those ‘Completed’ fields were not populated in the form.
Administration : Localisation Bulk Uploader doesn’t include ‘Workflow and Calendar Depth’ field. Issue resolved where, a user completing a Localisation Bulk Upload was unable to include the ‘Workflow and Calendar Depth’ field.
Calendars : Employees able to Edit and Delete Shutdown Days using the Homepage Calendar. Issue resolved where Employees were able to Edit and Delete Shutdown Days using the Calendar on their Homepage. Employees should not be able to Edit or Delete Shutdown Days.
Documents : Clicking the ‘Filename’ column header does not change Sort Order. Issue resolved where some users were unable to sort Documents tables by clicking on the ‘Filename’ column header in the Table view.
Employees : Employee Change produces Extraneous Payroll Sync records. Issue resolved where Payroll Sync records were always created when using the Employee Change page, even if no Payrollsynced fields had been updated.
Training : Employee Name not recorded when adding Training via the icon on the Employee Card. Issue resolved where if a user with access to the Employee module used the Training icon on the Employee Card to add Training for an Employee, the Employee name would not be populated.
Expenses : ‘Exceeds Conversion Threshold’ message displayed in Error for some Expense Claims. Issue resolved where, if an Expense Claim exceeded the limit for the chosen Expense Category, the message ‘Exceeds Conversion Threshold’ was displayed in error when viewing that Expense Claim.
Expenses : Some Users able to add Expense Claims on behalf of all Employees in Error. Issue resolved where HR and Manager users with the ‘Act on behalf of’ setting enabled would be able to add Expenses for all Employees, rather than only themselves and the Employees they were able to act ‘on behalf of'.
Forms : Inactive Form Submissions visible on the Forms page of the Employee module. Issue resolved where Form Submissions that had been made Inactive incorrectly appeared in the Table View on the Forms page of the Employee module.
Reporting : SMS Report fails to return results. Issue resolved where, in an environment with the SMS Messaging feature enabled, the SMS Report found in the HR menu did not return the expected results.
Reporting : ‘Calculated Daily Salary’ values incorrect in Reports based on the ‘Employees’ dataset. Issue resolved where, in a Report based on the Employees dataset and including the ‘Calculated Daily Salary’ field, the values returned for that field would be incorrectly calculated.
Reporting : ‘Course Cost’ & ‘Total Cost’ show ‘Not Found’ in Reports based on the ‘Training’ dataset. Issue resolved where, in a Report based on the Training dataset, if the cost was based on ‘Complete Price’ then the ‘Course Cost’ and ‘Total Cost’ fields would always show ‘Not Found’.
Time Off : Employees able to request more than their remaining Time Off In Lieu Allowance. Issue resolved where an Employee would be able to request more than their remaining available Time Off In Lieu allowance if they entered a Comment when doing so. 2024
Time Off : Unable to Assign a Length of Service type to Employees if they previously had the same type. Issue resolved where, if an Employee had a Length of Service Type which was then removed via their Benefits page, you would be unable to re-assign the same type for that Employee.
Time Off : Length of Service Accrual not applying for Employees in specific circumstances. Issue resolved where, if a Length of Service Accrual Type had an Validity Date before an Employee’s Start Date Anniversary, that Employee would not receive the Length of Service Allowance.
Users : Restricted HR Users unable to access some functions in the HR Menu. Issue resolved where, if a HR User was restricted from managing their own records, they would also lose access to a number of functions in the HR Menu which were unrelated and to which they should have had access.
Timesheets : Timesheet Approval Workflows incorrectly associated with Admin and HR Users. Issue resolved where, if an Admin or HR User confirmed a Draft Timesheet, any Approval workflows that subsequently applied to that Timesheet would incorrectly consider that Admin or HR User as the Employee for the Timesheet.
Timesheets : Half Day Time Off Requests not considered in the Working Week calculation. Issue resolved where, if a Length of Service Accrual Type had an Validity Date before an Employee’s Start Date Anniversary, that Employee would not receive the Length of Service Allowance.
Workflows : Changes to the Recipient of a Workflow Assignment do not persist. Issue resolved where if an Administrator or HR User uses the Workflows view to change the recipient of a Step in an active Workflow, that change did not persist, and the original recipient would be restored by an automated process.
Workflows : Incorrect links in Sensitive Email Messages sent from Workflows. Issue resolved where, if a user received an email from a Workflow Step where the Sensitive Message feature was enabled, clicking on the button in the email would not display the message from the Workflow step.
Workflows : Workflow emails generating with Canadian French language text in Error. Issue resolved where system generated text in Workflow emails was sometimes in the Canadian French language when the recipient’s localization preferences specified UK English.
Time Off : Unable to Request Time Off in the following Holiday Year if the Year End date is manually set. Issues resolved where, in an environment where the Year End date has been manually set so that it is less than 12 months from the Year Start date, an Employee attempting to request Time Off for the following holiday year received an error message in error.
Administration : Various Issues around Salary when using the Update Employees Bulk Uploader. Issue resolved where, if the Update Employees Bulk Uploader was used to make a future-dated change to an Employee and the Salary Type and Currency fields were not completed, the existing values for these fields would be lost on the change effective date. The Calculated Annualised Salary for the Employee was also set to 0 as a result.
Administration : Extraneous Payroll Sync Records created when using the Update Employees Bulk Uploader. Issue resolved where, if the Update Employees Bulk Uploader was used to make a future-dated change to an Employee, an extraneous Payroll Sync Record was created at the point the Bulk Upload was submitted. This in turn would result in a Payroll Data Error.
Forms : Error when viewing Forms containing Signature fields for some Employees. Issues resolved where a user attempting to view a completed Form containing a signed Signature field would receive an error and be unable to view the Form. This occurred when the Employee who was the subject of the form had not selected a timezone in their Localisation preferences.
