Fixes

Assets : Error when deleting Asset History Records. Issue resolved where users attempting to delete an Asset History Record were unable to do so, and were presented with an error message.

Calendars : Time Off Requests containing Half Days show incorrectly on the Calendar. Issue resolved where Time Off Requests for multiple days that contained a Half Day (ie, on the first or last day of the request) would display incorrectly on the Calendar.

Employees : Display issues on Employee Card when viewed at some zoom levels. Issue resolved where some text items on the Employee Card would display over the Employee Photo at some zoom levels or display aspect ratios.

Employees : ‘Commission’ and ‘Bonus’ Benefits unavailable when Adding an Employee. Issue resolved where, in an environment with the ‘Simple’ Benefits module enabled, users adding an Employee were unable to populate the ‘Commission’ and ‘Bonus (cost per annum)’ fields.

Employees : Future-Dated Changes to remove a Contract End Date are not applied on the chosen date. Issue resolved where, if a user made a change to remove a Contract End Date and that change was future-dated, the change would not apply on the chosen date and the Contract End Date would remain.

Employees : Unable to Sort the Employee Table by Works ID. Issue resolved where the Employee Table view could not be sorted by the Works ID column by clicking the column header.

Employees : Employee Work Status does not change to ‘Out of Office’ value for Mandatory Days. Issue resolved where the Employee Work Status would not be updated to reflect that they were ‘Out of Office’ on days where a Mandatory Day was applied.

Expenses and Mileage : Date Picker displayed incorrectly. Issue resolved where users Adding or Editing a line on an Expense Claim or Mileage Report and clicking a date field would be unable to use the Date Picker tool to choose a date at the end of the month.

Expenses : Some Users able to add Expense Claims on behalf of all Employees in Error. Issue resolved where HR and Manager users with the ‘Act on behalf of’ setting enabled would be able to add Expenses for all Employees, rather than only themselves and the Employees they were able to act ‘on behalf of’.

Forms : Uploaded images not displayed when completing Survey Forms. Issue resolved where images included in the design of a Survey Form were not displayed correctly when a user completed the Form.

Forms : ‘Assigned Employee’ field appears blank when an Employee views a Form assigned to themselves. Issue resolved where an Employee viewing a form which was assigned to themselves would see the ‘Assigned Employee’ field as Blank, rather than containing their name.

Forms : Display issues on Employee Card when viewed at some zoom levels. Issue resolved where some text items on the Employee Card would display over the Employee Photo at some zoom levels or display aspect ratios.

Mileage : Mileage Rate is not Mandatory for Payroll Customers. Issue resolved where the Mileage Rate was not a Mandatory field for Payroll customers. Where a Mileage Rate was not selected, this resulted in Payroll Data Errors.

Notes : Error when deleting Employee Notes. Issue resolved where users attempting to delete an Employee Note were unable to do so, and were presented with an error message.

Performance : ‘Populate’ button does not appear on ‘Competencies’ if an Employee has no Competencies. Issue resolved where if an Employee had no current Competencies, the ‘Populate’ button (used to populate competencies from a job role) was not displayed.

Reporting : Candidate Tags not populated in Report Builder. Issue resolved where users building a Report on the ‘Recruitment – candidates’ data source and including the ‘Tags’ field would see no data returned for ‘Tags’.

Reporting : Error message displayed when Viewing or Editing a Report containing Custom Employee Fields. Issue resolved where in some circumstances users would receive an error message when Viewing or Editing a Report built by another user and containing Custom Employee Fields.

Reporting : Line Charts Grouped and Ordered By ‘Leave Date – Year’ do not display Years in Order.  Issue resolved where Line Charts which are Grouped and Ordered by ‘Leave Date – Year’ did not display Years in the correct order.

Reporting : Inconsistent results when reporting on ‘Are you registered disabled?’ field. Issue resolved where reporting on the ‘Are you registered disabled?’ field would result in inconsistent results depending on how that Employee had been added to the system.

Reporting : Finance users able to see Feedback left against themselves in 360 Feedback Reports. Issue resolved where users with ‘Finance’ as either their Primary or Secondary User Group would see Feedback left against themselves in Report Builder Reports on the 360 Feedback dataset.

Workflows : ‘Send form which triggered workflow’ steps marked as Actioned prematurely. Issue resolved where, in specific workflow configurations, the ‘Send form which triggered workflow’ step could be marked as Actioned before the form had been completed by the recipient.

Social : HR Users unable to delete Comments on Social Stream Posts. Issue resolved where HR users who are able to delete Posts on the Social Stream were unable to delete Comments left against Posts.

Social : Automated Social Stream Posts show as authored by ‘Main Admin Account’. Issue resolved where automatically generated Social Stream Posts would appear as being authored by ‘Main Admin Account’ rather than the Company name.

Templates : Tags for ‘new’ values replaced with incorrect values in some circumstances. Issue resolved where tags with the new_ prefix could display an incorrect value when used in a Document template, if a historic change existed in the Pending state.

Time Tracking : Incorrect logo used when generating QR Code Cards. Issue resolved where generating a QR Code Card for an employee to log their Time in Time Tracking would not respect the Logo settings specified at Company or Site level and only ever use the logo from the default Branding Template.

Triggers : Emails for Bradford Factor Triggers not sent. Issue resolved where an email was not sent when the criteria of a Bradford Factor Trigger was met.

Time Off : Unable to approve Time Off Requests from the notification in the ‘To Do’s’ panel. Issue resolved where users clicking on a link to Approve a Time Off Request from the ‘To Do’s’ panel would be redirected to the Home Page.

Recruitment : Candidate fields not populated when a Candidates uploads an Image on an Upload field. Issue resolved where, if a Candidate completing a Custom Application Form added an Image file type to a File Upload field, their application would not be properly submitted, and as a result any linked Candidate fields would appear blank in the Candidate record.

Workflows : ‘Send form which triggered workflow’ Workflow Steps are actioned prematurely. Issue resolved where Workflow steps of the type ‘Send form which triggered workflow’ were marked as actioned, and the Workflow would proceed, before the user had completed the attached form.

Time Off : Time Off Requests for Types containing accented characters not correctly recorded. Issues resolved where Time Off Requests added in the Time Off Module or Bulk Uploader were not correctly recorded if the Time Off Type name contained one or more accented or special characters. This caused several issues when subsequently dealing with those Requests.

Report Builder : ‘Blank page’ error when viewing Reports with filters based on Dates. Issue resolved where a user Editing a Report that contained a Filter based on whether a date ‘Is Empty’ or ‘Is Not Empty’ would receive a blank page and be unable to Edit the Report.
