Fixes
Documents : Able to Add an expiry reminder without adding an expiry date. Issue resolved where, Users could set a Reminder Date for a Mandatory Document without specifying an Expiry Date. Validation has now been added to ensure that a Reminder Date cannot be set unless an Expiry Date is provided preventing unintended reminders.
Employees : Bulk uploading Histories against employees does not display the change reason code. Issue resolved where, the ‘Change Reason Code’ was missing in bulkuploaded employee histories, ensuring it now displays correctly.
Employees : The approver field on View > Job Details for employees displays as 'main admin account’. Issue resolved where the ‘Approver’ field displayed as "Main Admin Account" when no Approver. It now correctly appears as blank when no Approver is assigned.
Employees : Unable to filter Employees via Works ID when in Table view. Issue resolved where, filtering Employees by Works ID in the Table View caused the table to refresh with no employees displayed. The filter now functions correctly, sorting Employees by Works ID in ascending or descending order as expected.
Reporting : Child Time off types are able to be selected in a Parent filter within Report Builder. Issue resolved where, child Time-Off types were incorrectly available for selection in the ‘Parent’ filter within Report Builder. Now, only parent timeoff types can be selected in the ‘Parent’ filter, while Child Time-Off types are limited to ‘Reason’ filters as expected.
Reporting : Custom benefits does not display 0 value in Report Builder. Issue resolved where, Report Builder incorrectly displayed the default value of a Custom benefit instead of the updated value of 0 for Employees. The report now accurately reflects custom benefit values, including those modified to 0.
Reporting : Unable to report on religion field for candidates. Issue resolved where when reporting on Candidates in the diversity section, users were unable to select the ‘Religion’ field, despite it being available for candidates to fill in. The ‘Religion’ field is now accessible for selection and reporting in the diversity section.
Reporting : Departments with ampersands do not display on the People Analytics data source. Issue resolved where, Departments with ampersands in their names displayed as "Not Found" in reports generated using the ‘People Analytics’ data sources. Reports now correctly display Department names containing ampersands.
Reporting : Converted expense currencies appear as original currency with the converted values in Reporting. Issue resolved where, Expense claim reports displayed inconsistent data by showing the converted value of an Expense in the original currency instead of the converted currency. Reports now correctly display the converted value alongside the appropriate converted currency.
Reporting : Recruitment – Candidate Report with National Insurance as a selected field causes the report to display a data tables error. Issue resolved where, application user encountered an error when including the ‘National Insurance’ field in a Recruitment - Candidates report. Reports now display correctly when the ‘National Insurance’ field is added, along with any applied filters.
Recruitment : When selecting job alerts while in the 'New' template the page loads in 'Original’ template. Issue resolved where, the Job Alerts button on the Recruitment Portal incorrectly loaded the page in the 'Original' template design, even when the 'New' template design was selected. The page now consistently loads in the 'New' template design as expected.
Timesheets : Only Timesheet reference 0 is visible when confirming or approving a timesheet. Issue resolved where, Timesheet references for levels 1 and 2 were not displayed on the Confirmation and Approval pages, even when values were manually entered. References for all levels now consistently display on Confirmation, Approval, and View pages as expected.
Time Off : Availability filtering is not yielding the correct results after filters have been applied. Issue resolved where, filters for Department, Sub-department, Site, Company, or Cost Centre in the Availability section were not functioning properly, displaying all employees instead of the filtered ones. The filter is now applied correctly and displays the correct results based on filter.
Time Off : Modal – Time-Off already booked warning does not display if the booking is for a half day AM/PM. Issue resolved where, the time off already booked warning was incorrectly removed when an employee with an existing time-off booking for a given date range booked a Half Day. The warning now correctly displays when the employee has overlapping full-day or half-day time-off bookings for the selected dates.
Time off : 'Self certification trigger duration' does not correctly apply a minimum duration. Issue resolved where, when using the standard Self-Certification process, Time-Off requests for durations shorter than the set trigger duration were incorrectly generating Self-Certification requests. The system now correctly enforces the minimum duration for self-certification.
Time Off : Having an AM/PM booking for the same day doesn't show correctly on the Employee Card. Issue resolved where, when booking two half-day Time-Off requests for the same day using different Time-Off types, the Employee's status on the employee card and homepage screen was displayed incorrectly. The system now correctly reflects the 'Out of Office' status for the full day when two separate half-day requests are made for the same day. This fix applies to Employees with Time Off Meters set to hours.
Time Off : Unable to edit time off requests if site holiday year is employee start date. Issue resolved where, users were unable to edit submitted Time-Off requests when the holiday year was set to ‘employee start date’ receiving an error stating that the site holiday year start date was not set. Users can now successfully Edit Time-Off requests from both Time and Attendance and Self Service.
Time Off : AM/PM days showing as all day when viewing in time and attendance. Issue resolved where, when submitting a Time-Off request for 1.5 days with a PM period and a full day, the PM period was incorrectly displayed as "All day" when viewed from the Time and Attendance/Time-Off page. The Time Off period now correctly reflects the selected PM and full day booking.
Workflows : Schedule Meeting steps are stopping workflow progression and do not do what they are intended to do. Issue resolved where, Calendar items were not being created for Employees in a Workflow due to the Employee ID not being populated. Calendar items are now successfully created as expected for the Employees.
Workflow : Allow HR Users to filter Workflows to their actions only. Issue resolved where, Admin users were able to see time off requests for Employees they were not the Approver for when filtering the To Do list by "My Tasks." The filter now correctly displays only Tasks assigned to the logged-in user.
Workflows : Employees not being notified of time off Approval if using the Approve escalation. Issue resolved where, when using the Approve escalation option in a Time-Off Workflow, the Employee was not receiving an email Notification after the Time-Off was auto-approved. The system now correctly sends the Notification when the Workflow is completed and Time-Off is approved.
Triggers : Lateness Triggers do not send out emails once activated. Issue resolved where, emails were not being sent out for Lateness Triggers, even after activation. Users can now expect trigger emails to be sent to the manager's inbox when lateness instances are recorded and the trigger is activated.
Training : Employee name not populated in employee field when adding training via the employee card. Issues resolved where, the Employee name is now populated in the employee field when adding training via the Employee record > Training > Add.
Bulk Upload : Goal classification field does not show in the bulk upload CSV. Issue resolved where, goal classification was missing from Bulk Upload. The CSV template now includes the goal classification option, enabling users to Upload and Assign goal classifications to employee or library goals. Existing classifications will be recognized, preventing duplicate records.
Reporting : Time Off types showing on Time Off Balances Report that don't apply to the employee. Issue resolved where, time off types were incorrectly displaying on the time off balances report. The report will now display only the Time-Off types associated with an Employee that have Allowances and meet the applicable restrictions.
Employees : Custom employee fields set to be mandatory excluding HR/Admin are still mandatory when admin/HR edits an employee. Issues resolved so that Admin and HR users will no longer see mandatory field error messages for Employee custom fields marked as mandatory but explicitly excluded for them on both the Employee Edit and Change pages.
Announcements : Inactive announcements showing as active in the feed. Issue resolved where, inactive Announcements were continuing to display. Inactive announcements will now no longer appear under the announcements section.
Forms : Self certification not sending. Issue resolved so that Self-certifications will now be sent to the Employee for Time-off types that requires both Return-to-work and Self-certification.
Employees : Pending changes are not consistently cleared/actioned. Issues resolved where, pending changes with a specified effective date were not consistently clearing and updating employee records as intended. Changes scheduled for future dates will now process accurately on the specified date, ensuring timely updates.
Events : Events being show in the upcoming Events section on the homepage displayed in UTC time rather than respecting localisation settings. Issue resolved where, the upcoming Events section on the Homepage displayed the Event date based on UTC time instead of the user’s localisation time zone. The system now correctly uses the localisation time zone settings to ensure the displayed Event Date matches the Calendar.
Workflows : Workflow triggering based on Department and not checking/verifying Sub Department. Issue resolved where, workflows did not trigger correctly for Employees assigned to specific sub-departments. The system now accurately triggers workflows based on the sub-department specified in the department restrictions, ensuring proper workflow application for all users.
Employees : Removing contract end date and setting as a future change doesn’t remove the date. Issues resolved where, removing an Employee's contract End Date and changing to a future-dated change did not take effect on the specified date. The pending change would be removed, but the contract end date remained unchanged. This has been corrected to ensure the Contract end date is properly cleared on the scheduled change date.
UI : New user interface search functionality – Archived Employees and using full name. Issue resolved where, the search functionality in the new UI was not returning archived employees or allowing the search for full names. This has been fixed to correctly locate employees by full name, known as names, works ID, and include archived employees. Special characters are now searchable, and actions are displayed in the search results.
Workflows : send new form steps trigger to early when they are after an assign an account step. Issues resolved so that send new form step won’t action until step before has been marked as completed.
Time off : Company holidays mandatory - working pattern precedence is not working as expected when duration is over one day. Issues resolved where the ‘Company holidays mandatory’ - working pattern precedence setting was not being respected. When set to "Yes," the system now correctly includes working hours for working days that fall on a company holiday. When set to "No," it correctly treats the holiday as a nonworking day and excludes working hours from the request duration.
Module templates: unable to restrict the social module without also restricting the Self service menu. Issue resolved where, checking or unchecking the social or self-service option in a module template would automatically affect the other. Now, both options can be configured independently, allowing more control over module access.
Forms : Hiring manager and Manger facilities/finance can’t access forms for employees/candidates not in their downline. Issue resolved where, Manager-level users, including Hiring Managers and those with Facilities/Finance user groups, were unable to access forms for candidates or employees outside their direct downline. Now, Hiring Managers can view and edit forms via workflows, and Manager facilities/finance users can access forms for employees not in their downline.
