Fixes

Administration : Email not received for Document Backups. Issue resolved where an Administrator user requesting a Documents Backup did not receive an email when the Backup was ready to download.

Administration : Bank Details Bulk Uploader removes fields left blank in upload file. Issue resolved where, if columns were left blank in a Bank Details Bulk Upload, existing data already stored in those fields was removed. 

Administration : Emails not sent when a Candidate declines an Invite to Interview. Issue resolved where, in an environment where the ‘Multiple Interview Slots’ function was enabled and where the Interview Schedule has more than one Interviewer, the Interviewers did not receive emails if the Candidate declined the Invite to Interview. 

Workflows : Send Existing Form steps do not trigger correctly after a Send New Form step. Issue resolved where, in a Workflow where a Send Existing Form step follows a Send New Form step, the Send Existing Form step did not trigger correctly, and the Form could not be completed.

Expenses : Editing an existing Expense Claim can result in an inadvertent change to the Currency. Issue resolved where, if an existing Expense Claim placed in a currency other than the company’s default currency was edited, this could result in the currency of the claim being set to the company’s default currency.

Forms : When downloading 360 Form data the Reviewer and Reviewee fields appear the same. Issue resolved where, if the data of a Custom 360 Feedback Form was downloaded, the Reviewer and Reviewee columns in the CSV file showed the same Employee name.

Forms : When printing a form submission, the chosen value for a ‘Stars 1 to 5’ field is not shown. Issue resolved where if a form contained a ‘Stars 1 to 5’ field and that form was completed and printed, the chosen value for the ‘Stars 1 to 5’ field was not clearly shown in the printed view.

Forms : When printing a form submission, the ‘Signed at’ and ‘Signed as’ were not printed. Issue resolved where if a form contained an ‘Electronic Signature’ field and that form was completed and printed, the ‘Signed at’ (date) and ‘Signed as’ (name) information was not printed.

Time Off : Primary and Secondary transfer type values for Limited Allowance Time Off Types lost. Issue resolved where, if a Time Off type where ‘Deduct from employee allowance’ was set to ‘Limited allowance’ was edited, the previously selected values for ‘Primary transfer type’ and ‘Secondary transfer type’ were lost.

Time Off : Editing the duration of a Time Off Request during Approval does not apply new duration. Issue resolved where, if a Time Off Request was subject to an Approval Workflow, and during the Approval the duration of the request was edited, that edited duration was not correctly applied.

Employees : ‘Hours Per Week’ field not visible for Employees with an Hourly Meter. Issue resolved where the ‘Hours Per Week’ field did not appear on the Benefits Page for Employees with an Hourly meter.

Timesheets : ‘Blank page’ error when submitting Timesheets using the Timesheets (Simple) module. Issue resolved where a user attempting to add a Timesheet for an Employee using the Timesheets (Simple) module received a blank page and the Timesheet was not submitted.

Recruitment : Candidates associated with Recruiters do not appear on the Candidates Table View. Issue resolved where the Candidates Table View did not show Candidates associated with Recruiters.

Triggers : Emails for Bradford Factor Triggers not sent. Issue resolved where an email was not sent when the criteria of a Bradford Factor Trigger was met.

Workflows : Workflow tags not correctly stored when Adding or Editing a Workflow Step. Issue resolved where the last-added Workflow Tag was not correctly stored was not added to the Message content field when Adding or Editing a Workflow Step and picking a tag from the autocomplete suggestions.

Workflows : Send New Form steps do not trigger correctly after a Send Email step. Issue resolved where, in a Workflow where a Send New Form step follows a Send Email step, the Send New Form step did not trigger correctly, and the Form could not be completed.

Workflows : Continuous Workflows triggering multiple times in error. Issue resolved where a Continuous Workflow containing multiple Send New Form or Send Existing Form steps could trigger multiple times for each employee, depending on the number of Form steps in the workflow.

Workflows : [employee_new_sub_department] tag not populated. Issue resolved where the [employee_new_sub_department] tag was not populated with the Employee’s new sub-department when used in a Change Approval Workflow.

Timesheets : Unable to ‘Pushback’ Timesheets when ‘Timesheets Bulk Approve’ is Enabled. Issue resolved where, if the setting ‘Timesheets Bulk Approve’ was Enabled and a user attempted to ‘Pushback’ a Timesheet to the Employee, the Timesheet was not pushed back.

Timesheets : Employee Works ID not shown in the Employee Name dropdown when adding a Timesheet. Issue resolved where, if an Admin user added a Timesheet for an Employee, the Employee Name drop-down did respect the ‘Employee Display Name’ setting and therefore did not show the Employee’s Works ID.

Timesheets : Breaks not shown when Viewing or Approving Timesheets. Issue resolved where breaks entered by an Employee were not shown in the Table when approving or viewing a Timesheet. 

Administration : Email not received when a Mileage Report, Expense Claim, or Timesheet is Pushed Back. Issue resolved where the Employee did not receive an Email to inform them when a Mileage Report, Expense Claim, or Timesheet is pushed back.
