You may want to create a report on all data changes within your HRWize environment. You can use the Data Changes data source within the Report Builder.
Unfortunately these records just show what change were made. In this example, we can see two (2) start date changes but we cannot see what the start date was changed from and what it then changed to.
The Employee Job History and Employee Salary History data sources provide further detail in that they show what the historic value of the change was so using a report with one of these data sources allows us to look back at old values of the field which changed.
Please Note - Current values do not show up in these data sources or the Job History and Salary History pages as they are not historic, to check current values navigate to the employee card or use the Employees data source.
