Employee History

Within HRWize, any changes made in the employee's file are tracked with a full record of these changed, which are stored against their employee file. This can be found in:

Administration > HR > History

HR or Admin level users can view a full history of the following types of information:

  • Employee address history
  • Employee allowance history
  • Employee job history
  • Employee leaving history
  • Employee rejoining history
  • Employee salary history
  • Employee changes
  • Pending changes

Each of these options will show a table of all changes made, including filtering options.

There may be instances where you may have to update the change reason and change date when submitting a change in the system. The only histories where you have the possibility to edit records would be in the Employee allowance history, Employee job history and Employee salary history.

In the Actions column, you can click on the 'Edit' action to edit the record:


Once in the edit page at the bottom of your screen, you will be able to change the "Effective date" and the "Change reason".
