Sync History Records

In Employee Job History, Employee Salary History, and Employee Allowances History, there is now an option called "Sync last change date".

These options can found under:

Administration > HR > History

The use case for this option would be if a history record is manually removed or edited. It is possible for the date in the employee's record to be out of sync - this means you could have the most recent job history date in histories but a different date against the employee directly.

When using this, it will run against the whole company (including archived employees) and will sync the history record with the employee record.

If there is not history record, the date against the employee will then be set to the employee's start date.
