Training - Ability to add multiple Course Attachments to a Training Record

In the Training module, it is currently possible to add a Course Attachment to a Training Record.

This is typically used for materials describing the course undertaken.

Following ucstomer feedback, and to allow you to store all of the relevant documents for a course, we have now added a further four Course Attachment fields. This makes five Course Attachment fields in total.

We have also added a "Download all" option making it easy for you to download all Course Attachments in a single action when viewing a Training record.

Form Builder - "Stars 1 to 5" and "Stars 1 to 10" field types

In Form Builder, it is currently possible to add Score fields to record "Score 1 to 5" or "Score 1 to 10". These appear as dropdowns lists containing the available values.

It is also possible to add a "Happiness Scale" as a visual way of recording a level of happiness from 1 to 5.

These field types are commonly used in Performance Review forms.

To provide a more visual way of recording a score than the original dropdown, we have added two new form field types: "Stars 1 to 5" and "Stars 1 to 10".

These work in a similar way to "Score 1 to 5" and "Score 1 to 10" but display as a row of stars.

Form Builder - Regular Expression (Regex) Validation

In Form Builder, we have added the ability to use Regular Expressions (or "regex") to validate input in form fields.

This allows customers to enter a custom regex string which the input in the field should "match". This can includes the character types, allowed characters, lengths, and more. An example use case might be to validate the format of a UK postcode, or a telephone.

This additional option has been added to the "Text box - single line", "Text area - multiple line" and "Number" field types. If used on the "Number" field type, the regex overrides the system's validation that the input is a number.

Where a regex filter has been added to a field, an icon is displayed against that field to indicate that "custom validation" is included on the field. The "Field description" field can be used in conjunction with this to guide users on the type of input that is expected in the field.

HRWize cannot support users in creating valid regex strings for use with this feature. Regex validation should not be used for email addresses or dates, for which we already have validated field types.

Fixes

Time off: Approvers with the ability to Add/Edit Time off are able to use "HR Only" time off types. Issue resolved where users with the "Approver" user gorup and the permission to Add/Edit Time Off were able to use Time Off types set to "HR only".

Time off: Issue when using 0 as the Max Days/Hours value in a Time Off type. Issue resolved where if 0 was entered as the Max Days or Max Hours value for a Time Off type, employees were presented with an error when trying to request Time Off of that type. The correct behaviour is that no limit is applied.

Time off: No "success" banner is displayed when requesting Time Off from the homepage as an Admin User. Issue resolved where, if an Admin user requested Time Off for themselves using the buttons available on the homepage, no "Success banner was displayed to indicate the reuqest has been submitted. This issue only occurred when the Home Page Calendar was not available to Admin/HR users.

Time off: Full days incorrectly showing as half days in the Time Off map. Issue resolved where, when a Time Off Request begins with a Half Day (PM), all subsequent days in the same request also show as PM, on the Time Off map.

Time off: Employees and Managers are unable to edit Time Off requests for the system's Carryover type. Issue resolved where, if "Allow employees to edit time off" was set to 'Yes', Employees and Managers were unable to edit Time Off request for the system's Carryover type.

Time off: Incorrect "remaining until" date displayed when requesting Time off using the system's Carryover type. Issue resolved where, if the holiday year is based on the Employee Start Date, and an employee made a request for Carryover, the balance of Carryover was incorrectly showing as being available until Jan 1st.

Training: Using "Bulk Actions" download Training Outcome attachments produced an invalid file error. Issue resolved where, for Windows users, if the Bulk Actions menu was used to "Download all outcome attachments" the resulting zip file was invalid and could not be opened.

Forms: Manager/Recruiter users cannot view Candidate Forms, unless they are also the Hiring Manager for the Requisition. Issue resolved where users with the Primary user group "Manager" and Secondary user group "Recruiter" could not view Candidate Forms, unless they were also the Hiring Manager for the Requisition being applied for.

Workflows: Issue with the display of Forms sent as part of a "Yes/No" including existing form workflow step. Issue resolved where, if a Form was sent to a user through a "Yes/No including existing form" step, and that form also contained Page Start/End fields, the Form was not displayed correctly and could not be viewed.

Workflows: Continuous/Employee Age workflows trigger a year later than expected. Issue resolved where a workflow of category "Continuous" and type "Employee age", intended to trigger when an Employee reaches a given age, trigger one year later than expected.

Workflows: Last Working Day tags do not populate in Templates. Issue resolved where the [employee_last_working_day] and [employee_last_working_day_written] template tags were not correctly populated with the expected dates when used in a Template document.

Workflows: Continuous workflows not triggering when expected. Issue resolved where workflows of category "Continuous" and type "Time off duration", intended to trigger when time off was added, were not correctly triggering.

Social stream: Using "Post" as a Field name in a Form causes a Social Stream Post. Issue resolved where naming a form field "Post" and submitting that form resulted in an unexpected post on the Social Stream.

Social recognition: Subject line and text incorrect in Email Notifications sent to the Employee's Manager. Issue resolved where the Subject Line and Message Body text were incorrect, for an Email sent to an Employee's Manager when their employee was recognized.

Org chart: Employee photos not displaying when exporting the Org Chart. Issue resolved where Employee Photos were not displayed in PDF, PNG, or SVG format exports of the Org Chart.

Directory: 'PM only' Time Off displaying incorrect colour in the Directory. Issue resolved where if an Employee had a Time Off booking for the afternoon only for a given day, the incorrect colour was used for the "Out of office" label in the Directory on that day.

Recruitment: Exporting CSV of the Candidate table lists all available stages for each row. Issue resolved where, when exporting the Candidate Table view to a CSV file, all available Stages are shown in the Stage column, instead of the Stage currently selected for the Candidate.

User interface: To-Do List and Announcements Panel not displaying on login for some users. Issue resolved where the setting "Display To do list and announcements on login" was not working correctly for users in some environments.
