Fixes

Recruitment: Location fields not visible for Managers creating a Requisition. Issue resolved which was causing the Location fields to be hidden from Managers when creating a requisition. This was causing issues when other users came to approve the requisition.

Training: Training which is Pending Approval shows as (Declined) in employee self-service. Issue resolved which was causing training with pending approval to be incorrectly displayed as (Declined) when the employee viewed their training in Self Service.

Expenses: Finance/Approver users not receiving homepage notice for Expenses. Issue resolved which was causing inconsistent behaviour in terms of the notices displayed to Finance and Approver users, when an expense claim was processed in the "standard" approval process. 

Forms: HTML tags are displaying in Form Field Descriptions when the form includes Page breaks. Issue resolved which was resulting HTML tags such as <p> appearing in the tooltips that are generated from Form Field Descriptions. This issue only occurred when the form contained page start/end tags.

Documents: Not receiving email notification for documents. Issue resolved which was resulting emails not being sent when the "Send Notification Email" action was used against an employee document.

Timeoff: "Allow employees to request more days than allowance" setting does not function . Issue resolved which resulted in "Allow employees to request more days than allowance" setting not being correctly applied when an employee requested time off using self service.

Timesheets: Default Timesheets email notification does not display the name of the employee. Issue resolved which was resulting in the employee's name not being displayed in the emails generated when an employee submits a timesheet, in the default approval process.

Announcements: [rec_names] Tag used within Announcements shows &amp when using "& character. Issue resolved which was resulting in the & character being displayed as &amp in social posts and email notification when using "multiple employee" social recognition.

Social: Social Recognition approval email - link does not allow manager to approve. Issue resolved which was causing an invalid link to be generated in the email sent to managers to approve Social Recognition for their reports. The manager was prevented from approving the recognition as a result.

Recruitment: "Requisition category" field being treated as mandatory field. Issue resolved which was resulting in the "Requisition Category" field being treated as a mandatory field when editing/approving a requisition.

Training: Error when using bulk actions to download Training Outcome Attachments. Issue resolved which was resulting in a broken/corrupt ZIP file being downloaded when using "Download outcome attachments" bulk action on the training records screen.

Planner: Adding sub-department filter to Planner displays Leavers. Issue resolved which was causing leavers to be displayed in the Planner when a sub-department was chosen in the department filter.

Expenses: Expense approver receives "Your expense claim has been approved" email. Issue resolved which was resulting in the approver of an expense claim receiving an email stating that "Your expense claim has been approved" when using the standard process.

Histories: Unable to Sync Last Change Date on Employee Allowance History page. Issue resolved which was causing an error message to be displayed when using the "Sync Last Change Date" button on the Employee Allowance History page.
