360 Feedback - Reporting on Custom Forms

This functionality only affects feedback left using a custom 360 Feedback form and reported on using a Custom Form Dataset.

We have a newly added feature which allows you to specify how you would like to report on your Custom 360 Feedback forms within Reporting > Report Builder. 

Previously, when reporting on Custom 360 Feedback forms, the feedback data was linked to the employee providing the feedback rather than the employee the feedback relates to. 

You now have the option to specify that you would like your custom 360 feedback data to be linked to the employee to which it relates. This in turn allows Managers to report of the 360 feedback relating to their own employees. 

You'll find this new setting when adding or editing a custom 360 feedback form in Form Builder, labelled 'Link report data to "Feedback requested on" employee'. 

Ticking this box means the Custom Form Dataset based on this form in Report builder will be linked to the employee receiving the feedback rather than the employee providing the feedback.

Please Note - This field cannot be edited once the form has active submissions.
