360 Feedback - Reporting on Custom Forms

We have added a new feature which allows you to specify how you would like to report on your Custom 360 Feedback forms within Report Builder.

Currently, when reporting on Custom 360 Feedback Forms, the feedback data is linked to the employee providing the feedback rather than the employee the feedback relates to.

There is now an option to specify if you would like your custom 360 feedback data to be linked to the employee to which it relates. This in turn allows Managers to report on the 360 feedback relating to their own employees.

You'll find a new setting when adding or editing a custom 360 feedback form in Form Builder, labelled "Link report data to", "Feedback requested on" employee".

Checking this box means that the Custom Form Dataset based on this form will be linked to the employee receiving the feedback rather than the employee providing the feedback.

Please Note - This functionality only affects feedback left using "Custom 360 Feedback" form and reporting on using Custom Form Dataset.

Recruitment - Ability to populate custom fields when completing a candidate

We have added a new feature which allows you to include custom fields on the Complete page in Recruitment.

This allows you to capture additional information about your candidates and send this to HR reducing the need for manual processes outside of the system. This information will be added to their new employee record in HR.

Within Administration > Company > Custom employee fields, you will now find a new column called Recruitment.

From here you can tick each of the custom fields you would like to include when converting a Candidate to an Employee on the Complete page.

The custom fields selected will appear towards the end of the Complete page within a new section called Custom fields.

Fixes

Workflows: Background process does not update Head of HR / HR Business Partner. Issue resolved when using Head of HR / HR Business Partner as recipients in the workflow steps. The background process to update workflow recipients when they change was not triggered to update these recipients when the Head of HR and HR Business Partner were both changed at the same time.

Workflows: Expense claims raised "on behalf of" another can be associated with the wrong employee in workflow. Issue resolved where an Expense Approval workflow could be associated with the wrong employee, when one added the expense claim "on behalf of" another. This could result in workflow steps being sent to the wrong recipient in specific circumstances.

Report Builder: Issue with the display of months in Line Charts. Issue resolved where if a Line Chart was created with a label axis of "Date (Day/Month/Year)" then the months were not displayed in chronological order on the horizontal axis.

Workflows: Issue with two time off related workflow tags not appearing in "send form" emails. Issue resolved where the [timeoff_start_date] and [timeoff_end_date] workflow tags did not populate with the relevant dates, in emails generated by the "Send new form" or "Send existing form" workflow step types.

Report Builder: Calculated annualized salary not updating when salary has been updated. Issue resolved where the value of the "Calculated annualized salary" field was not recalculated in Reports when an employee's Salary was updated.
