Changing Task Recipients in Workflows

You are able to manually amend the recipients for workflow tasks, allowing for greater flexibility to make changes to workflows that are in progress. 

This can be especially useful if for example an employees manager has changes or an employee is on annual leave. The workflow tasks can now be directed to someone else. 

Within Administration -> HR -> Workflows, you can select View Responses against the relevant workflows, and then View against the desired response. 

You will then be presented with the workflow progress. 

There will be an edit icon against the outstanding task next to the recipients name.

When you select the edit icon, you will be presented with a new pop up where you can then re-allocate to a new recipient.

Upon selecting the Change Recipient option, the task will then be removed from the To Do list of the original recipient, and added to the To Do list of the newly assigned recipient. 

Please Note - You can only edit the recipient of outstanding/incomplete tasks.
