Enhancements

As of May 31st 2023, we will be retiring our legacy API solution. Any customers still using the legacy v1 API will need to migrate to the new offering ahead of this date. As part of our preparation for this, we have added the following endpoints to our v2 API:

• Assets
• Asset assignments
• Expense reports
• Expense lines
• Expense receipts
• Mileage reports
• Mileage lines
• Mileage receipts.

Fixes

Announcements: Unable to upload images/video using Safari browser. Issue resolved where users were unable to add Images or Video to Announcements using the Safari browser.

Employees: Profile pictures not displayed on Employee card view. Issue resolved where, for some customers, employee photos were not correctly displayed on the tiles in the Team Information section of the Employee Card.

Report Builder: Issues with the display of Pivot Table reports. Issue resolved where applying Filters to Pivot Table report tables produced unexpected results. Also resolved an inconsistency in the way that deleted items are displayed as row/column headers for Pivot Table reports, when compared to other report types.

Bulk upload: Incorrect banner message when uploading Custom Form data. Issue resolved where, in the Custom Form Data bulk uploader, the number of successfully uploaded entries displayed in the "Success" banner was one more than had actually been uploaded.

Time off: Error when clicking on a Self-Certification notice. Issue resolved where an Error 500 Internal Server Error was displayed when clicking on a Self-Certification notice, if no default Self-Certification form had been chosen. A "More information" HRWize error message will now be displayed.

Time off: Problems filtering the Time Off table view by type. Issue resolved where users were unable to filter the Time Off table view by the column "Time Off Type" if the name of the selected type contained specific characters.

Time Off: Issues requesting Time Off affecting some customers. Issue resolved where Employee in some customer environments were unable to use the date picker tool to choose a start/end date when submitting a Time off request. They were unable to submit the Time Off request as a result.

Time Off: Incorrect error message when editing Time Off duration. Issue resolved where, in some environments where employees are allowed to edit the duration of a Time Off request, when the employee edited the duration they were presented with an error incorrectly indicating they had insufficient allowance for the request. They were unable to submit the Time Off request as a result.
