Adding a Warning Reminder to an Employee

When a warning is added to an employee, HRWize will send 2 warning emails to managers when the warning is due to expire.

These reminders can be enabled by going to:

Administration > Company > Settings > Company settings

Then, select 'Enabled' from the "Default warnings expiry reminders" dropdown option.

Once this is enabled and a warning has been set to an employee, the manager will receive email notifications ONE WEEK BEFORE its warning expiry date and A DAY before its warning date expires.
