Within the training module, you have the ability to either add a course attachment to your course library, or you can add an attachment against a specific training record.
To add an attachment or document to the library, go to:
Training > Course library > Add
To add an attachment to training for an employee, go to:
Training > Training records > Add
When allocating training courses to employes, there is an option to upload attachments. This is typically used for any course materials where the employee may need to run through prior to or during the training course.
You have the option to select a training course from the library or input te information on an ad hoc basis.
When inputting your course information, you will notice a field name "Course Attachment".
You will be able to attach documents from your computer where this can then be accessed for employees to view or download in the Self-service accounts.
Once the training fields have been completed and submitted as an employee, by going to:
Self Service > My development > My training
If you select the 'Magnifying glass' icon (View action) next to the training course, you will be able to view the attachment:
