Submitted Training Requests

When an employee requests a training, a notification is sent to the manager, and to the HR mailbox

Once approved, the employee will receive a notification by email:


Completed Training

Once training has been completed, HR or Training level users are able to go into:

Training > Training records

Here, they make any necessary changes with regards to completion by clicking the 'Edit' pencil on the right. Employees can update the result and upload certification or result documents in the same manner. The training outcome can be found at the bottom of the page.

Course Library

Courses are visible to employees when they create a request for training. They can be removed from the library without removing the record of previous employees that have attended that course.


Training Cost Report

Employee cost is worked out depending on the course duration. As a result, if the course is hours, the costs get worked out based on the employee hourly rate derived from the salary field.


Training cost options

When creating a training you will see these different cost options:

  • Complete price -The complete price of the course, regardless of how many participants are taking it;
  • Per delegate -Training costs per person;
  • Per hour
  • Per half day 
  • Per day
  • Per week

Training Mailbox

This is the email address that receives a notification when a training request is submitted by an employee and when a manager/trainer/admin approves or declines the training.

This can be edited in:

Administration > Company > Settings > Company Settings
