Employees Viewing Course Library

Within HRWize, if users have been granted the permissions to request training under "Employee self service training" in Display settings, they will have the option to view or request any courses which are housed in the course library.

To view courses, users should go to: 

Self-Service > My development > My training

Select the 'Course Library' as depicted below. 

Once inside, users will have the ability to request attending these courses or view the information relating to the course and any attachments.

Upon viewing a course, any training course attachments which have been included will be viewable/downloadable at the top with the relevant information for the course in the sections below.


Restricting Training Library Courses

You have the option with Library Training courses to restrict them by site, department, job role, and/or company.

Please Note - This restriction applies is Self-Service only and not when Managers or Admins add in training records for employees.

On the add or edit screen of a library training course, you will be able to see a setting where you can restrict access by department, by job role, by site, and by company.
