Triggering a Workflow Based on a Change to Disability Status

In the HRWize system, you can create a Continuous workflow that triggers based on any changes in the system's data.

There are 2 types of continuous workflow added that triggers based on changes in the employee's disability status.

To create a continuous workflow, simply go to:

Administration > HR > Workflows

When you create your workflow, select the category Continuous, with the type Changes, and the option Disability status or Registered disability status:

This will result in the workflow firing against the employee when the following fields are changed in the employee file:

  • Changes in the below field (image), which will trigger a "Disability status" continuous workflow.
  • Changes in the below field (image), which will trigger a "Registered disability status" continuous workflow.
