When adding a workflow, employees can now start workflows by themselves via Self-Service. To trigger this option, as Administrator, go to:
Administration > HR > Workflows
Click on 'Add' at the bottom of the page.
Once choosing a Category, you will have an option called Employee can trigger?, and set that to 'Yes'. Once you have completed all mandatory fields, click on 'Submit', and continue your workflow by adding Workflow Steps.
Now that you have your workflow set, it is the employee's turn to do their part. As an employee, you can go and see the workflow created via:
Self-Service > My details > My workflows
Once there, click on "Start new workflow", and choose the workflow created.
Click on "Submit", and employee can now start their workflow.
