Interviews

This page allows you to see all of your scheduled interviews and their status  (if they are confirmed, declined or pending). 

To schedule meetings with candidates, you can do this two ways:

1st Method

Go to:

Recruitment > Candidates

Under the Actions column, click on the 'Schedule interview' of the candidate. By doing this way, the field name will automatically populate.

2nd Method

Go to:

Recruitment > Interviews

Click on 'Add' at the bottom left-hand corner of the page. By using this method, you will have to choose the candidate in the Candidate field.

Once you have selected the candidate, the message to the candidate can be an message that you create under Administration > Company > Settings > Recruitment > Interview email templates:

Once you clicked on 'Submit', the email will be sent to the Candidate: 

If you have selected 'Candidate can accept/decline interview in email', the candidate will have the option to respond to the interview and be brought to the following page:

Once accepted, they will get a confirmation message:

Similarly, once the candidate has accepted the interview invitation, the interviewer will also receive a confirmation email from the system.
