Allow Managers to Add and Edit Candidates

In recruitment settings, there is a new option where you can allow managers to add or edit candidates. This can be done in the candidate's card or through a requisition.

To enable this setting, simply go to:

Administration > Company > Settings > Recruitment Settings

Once on this page, set the option "Allow managers to add and edit candidates" to 'Yes'.

When this is set to 'Yes', managers will be able to add and/or edit candidates where they are set as the hiring manager for any requisition.

They will still be limited to delete records, move candidates to employment, and other recruiter functions.

To add and/or edit candidates on a requisition, a manager will have to go to:

Recruitment > Requisitions

Once in the Requisitions page, click on the magnifying glass in the Actions column against the requisition:

Once you have clicked on the magnifying glass,  you can click on the 'Add' button below the table, or you can click on the 'Edit' button in the Core details right side:

If a manager clicks on 'Add' to add a candidate, they will only be able to add a candidate for a job role where they are set as the hiring manager of a requisition.
