View and Edit Candidate Profile

In Recruitment > Candidates, you'll see a table of all candidates from all requisitions. 

Each candidate line has the following: 

  • Date - Date and time of application submission (or manual entry);
  • Last Name;
  • First Name; 
  • Location - Candidate's location; 
  • Date of Birth;
  • Post Applied;
  • Reference  - This refers to the Reference you have given the position title you are recruiting for; 
  • Resume
  • Rank
  • Recruiter - Adding a recruiter explanation can be found here;
  • Progress - This will appear blank until activated under "Actions" (more on that below);
  • Stage - For stages explanation, click here;
  • ID; This ID is provided by the system itself;
  • Actions - The following options in the Actions column are explained below:

  • Card - Here, you have all the information, but displayed in a different format. You have the candidate name, position applied, date received, email, CV, and its progress. You also have the ability to add Candidate tags;
  • View - You will be able to view the Candidate's page and information as uneditable;
  • Edit: This is the same view as "View", but with editable fields (this is the same page as when you initially added the candidate);
  • Set Inactive - Archive candidate;
  • Delete - To delete the candidate completely. This cannot be reversed. 
  • Anonymise - Anonymise is explained by clicking here;
  • Progress - These are customized steps that can be made via workflow. This is explained by clicking here; 
  • Workflows - This allows you to launch a workflow for that candidate, or view ongoing workflows;
  • Reject applicant - Sends automated customized rejection note to the candidate. For more information on this field, click here;
  • Candidate documents - You can upload documents associated with the candidate (E.g.: cover letter, your screening notes, letters of recommendation, proof of certifications etc.);
  • Candidate scoring - You are able to document candidate scores in this section;
  • Forms - You can add Recruitment forms.
  • Candidate notes - Add notes to your candidate's profile;
  • Schedule interview:  In this section you can choose to send the candidate a proposed interview time via e-mail.  If you have synced your HRWize calendar to Google or Outlook, it will also appear in those calendars;
  • Make offer - For more information on how to make an employment offer, click here;
  • Complete - By clicking complete, you can turn a candidate into an employee in your HRWize system!
