Adding Recruiters

Recruiters can add candidates to your open requisition. This will not only prevent recruiters from having to email candidate's details to you but allow you to track which candidates are linked to a specific recruiter.

Setting up a recruiter will not give them access to your system, but it will allow them to complete your published requisition on the behalf of the candidate.

How do I set up Recruiters?

To set up recruiters, go to:

Recruitment > Options > Recruiters

Then, select 'Add':

The majority of the fields are self-explanatory however, the field to be most aware of is the Unique Code field. The unique code will become the method or code of identifying which recruiter has completed your requisition. This Unique Code should consist of between 3 and 32 characters and contain no numbers or special characters.

How can a recruiter complete a requisition with their code?

The recruiter must have access to the specific requisition URL. This can be found when clicking on the 'Edit' action. Scroll down to the bottom, and you will find the requisition direct links:

Let's take our example below, where Kim Possible is our recruiter in this example. Her Unique Code is KIMPO:

She then adds her Unique Code at the end of the job link. In this case, /KIMPO:

Then, the recruiter must press enter or refresh for it to register. Once refreshed, she would then need to fill in all of the necessary fields.

Once submitted, the candidate will now appear in your Recruitment > Candidates page, with Kim's name listed as the recruiter:

When you go to see your recruiters, you will be able to see how many Candidates each recruiter has submitted.

When a recruiter is completing the requisition on the behalf of the candidate, they must add their unique code to the end of the URL when applying. Once submitted, the system will recognize the code and associate the candidate with this particular recruiter.
