Within HRWize there are a total of 9 different User Groups available for you to choose from when setting up a User. Each group gives the user a different set of permissions and access rights, and there are also a number of options available for users within those groups. This article describes the Recruiter user group's permissions.
- Recruiter users are employees with access to the recruitment module.
- Recruiter users cannot have a secondary user group however they can be selected as a secondary user group for manager level users.
- Recruiter users do not have access to employee data.
- You can restrict the recruiter user group's ability to download CVs within Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Recruitment Settings under the Privacy Settings section locate the CV download field:
- Recruiter level users have no access to employee data and therefore cannot see any pay/benefits data, they will however see requisition data and offer details for example.
- You can anonymise candidates to globally hide names, address and contact information (such as email address).

- Finally, global option can be set to not include monitoring information against a candidate so would not be able to see gender, nationality, date of birth, religion, disability and so on.
- This is done via Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Recruitment Settings under the Monitoring section locate the 'Hide monitoring data from individual applications once submitted':

- Recruiter level users can be granted user group admin rights on an individual basis which allows them to access and amend the Recruitment Settings.
