Once the performance module is enabled users will be able to view their own performance reviews as well as their downline employee's complete reviews.
Once an employee has completed a performance review they can navigate into Self-Service -> My Development -> My Reviews:
This can then be viewed by clicking the Actions button followed by View. If you are displaying different modules via self-service then the performance module will also need to be enabled in Display Settings under self-service modules:
Managers will be able to view their downline employee's performance reviews by navigating into People -> Employees. Expanding the Development tab and then clicking Reviews:
Admin and HR level users will also be able to access reviews this way, or they can navigate into Performance -> Review Forms. Here they will see a full list of all performance review forms.
To view a submission of one of the forms just click Actions -> View Data:
