Adding Preferred Pronouns

To allow employees to add their preferred Pronouns, this can be enabled in: 

Administration > Company > Settings > Display settings

Under the heading for Employee Module - Changing the option for 'Gender pronoun support' to Yes. 

 We have left this as a free text box so that employees are able to add the pronoun of their choice. 

They can update this within Self Service  > My Details > Personal Details.

This will then display where their name is used such as the Directory.
