Your HRWize system can be branded with your company logos and colours (click here for information about setting up branding templates). If you create Column, Bar, Line or Pie charts using the HRWize analytics report builder feature, the charts will appear using default HRWize system colours. You can also create custom colours for use in your Column, Bar, Line and Pie charts.
This is a dashboard using the default template and default HRWize system colours:
This is a dashboard created by a manager who is part of a site with its own branded site template. The dashboard is also using the default HRWize system colours:
Please Note - Tile report colours are set up as part of creating the report.
Custom Analytics Colours
HRWize provides a facility to create custom colours for use in your Column, Bar, Line and Pie charts by going to:
Administration > Company > Settings > Branding settings
Either create a new, or edit an existing branding template as described above. Scroll down to the bottom of the page or click on the 'Analytics colours' menu. You will see 10 colours which you can edit and choose a custom colour for each.
Please Note - Any colour you do not fill in will render according to the default colour scheme - if there are more than 10 colours required on your chart, the colours will then loop again from 0 through 9 and so on.
Choose your colours either by entering a hexadecimal value for a colour e.g. #0c3c6d or
- Move the slider up or down
- Move the mouse around in the colour box to achieve the colour you want.
Click on 'Choose' to save the colour then 'Submit to save all the changes:
All charts which are created in the same HRWize environment using the default template will now use the custom analytics colours:
Please Note - This will not change the colours of any Pie, Bar, Column or Line chart created in a different site specific template. These will continue to use the system default colours until you edit the analytics colours in that template.
Reset all colours and remove CSS
At the bottom of the branding template page there is a 'Reset all colours and remove CSS' button. This will remove the branding colours from you site(s) AND return your analytics colours to the system default colours:
Logos will not be affected.
Please Note - You will need to repeat this for all sites that you wish to remove branding and analytics colours from.
