In the Performance Management settings of HRWize, you have the option to enable split screen reviews for managers. This will show previous performance information from various sources:
- Goals
- Role competencies
- Reviews
- 360 feedback
- Social recognition
This makes it easier to view both previous and current performance information when completing the employee's current review form.
You can choose to hide or display split screen view content to employees when they are completing their review form by going to:
Administration > Company > Settings > Company Settings
In the Performance management section, to display the employee split screen view, select 'Yes' from the "Performance review split screen - Employee view" option.
When an employee is responding to a custom performance review, they will be shown a second column to the right of the screen which will include the previous:
- Goals
- Role competencies
- Reviews
- Social recognition
Please Note - 360 feedback is not included in the split screen view for an employee.
