Within HRWize, if you Analytics enabled, you can create custom dashboards.

These dashboards can have tables, charts, and tiles on them and can include drill-downs to load other tables, charts, and tiles as well as other custom configuration options.

We have now added an option where you can use one of these dashboards as a replacement for your home dashboard - this includes the 25 default tiles for all Managers and above users in HRWize.

With Analytics, you can create custom dashboards which can now display on your home screen as a replacement for the dashboard options that you see by default as shown below:

Switching on the Custom Dashboard

When you have added reports to your Report Builder and generated your dashboard, you will now have an option in the settings options at the top of the dashboard management screen labeled "Set as home dashboard" shown below:

Once these options has been selected, the system will automatically replace your home screen dashboard with the custom dashboard you have created.

Please Note - The dashboard is now fully controlled from the options found within the Report Builder and no longer is impacted by either the Dashboard metrics or by any display settings relating to the default dashboard.

At any point, you can disable the dashboard and return to the default settings by using the "Remove as home dashboard" option shown below which is located at the top of your Report Builder dashboard management screen:

You can only have one dashboard selected as a home dashboard at any time. If you select another dashboard and set it as a home dashboard, this will change the home dashboard.

Please Note - The dashboard will load each time you go to your home page. The dashboard will reload as it gets the most up to date data each time it loads. You should, therefore, be aware that the more items you have on your dashboard, the slower the home screen may become.
