Hide Benefits Screen From Managers

There may be instances where the benefits screen needs to be hidden from manager level users.

To enable this, simply go to:

Administration > Company > Settings > Display Settings

Under the Manager views section, untick the "Employee Benefits" checkbox, which will then remove this from a manager level user view.

This option would not be the same as "Hide pay/benefits from managers" since this option would prevent the pay/salary section on the Benefits screen, rather than removing the full Benefits screen.

Additionally, the "Hide pay/benefits from managers" option would remove the salary from the employee card, whereas unticking the "Employee Benefits" option would not stop the manager from seeing the salary on the employee card.

For example, if I set the "Hide/pay benefits from managers" to 'Benefits hidden', the Benefits section in the Benefits icon will disappear.

On the other hand, if I untick the 'Employee benefits' in the "Manager employee permissions" field, the Benefits icon in the employee's card disappears.
