Display Name for Job Roles

When creating a requisition and a job role is entered, this is what will be used throughout the system including your recruitment portal key. There will be times where you would prefer a different name to be displayed for the requisition.

For example, you may have roles named Account Manager 1 and Account Manager 2, and you would like these both to be listed on the recruitment portal. However, these would be used as internal references, but not relevant to applicants.

To add a display name to a job role, simply go to:

Administration > HR > Data Management > Job Roles

Once in the job roles page, you can add a new job role (click here to see how to create a job role), or click on the Edit action. 

Scroll down until you locate a field named "Display Name" and enter your desired display name, then click 'Submit':
