Here are some qualifying questions you can add in your custom screen questions for both company and requisition levels:

• What are you looking for in total compensation?
• Significant accomplishment in your career that you are most proud of?
• What office, inventory management, database, tracking, or information software / systems are you experienced using?
• How would you describe your work style?
• What work atmosphere do you thrive in? (fast, systematic, chaotic, organized, laid-back, fun)
• How much do you currently travel?
• How much are you willing to travel?
• List the industries in which you are most interested and those in which you are not at all interested?
• What would your dream job be (what are you going to jump out of bed in the morning for)?
• What can you tell me about yourself that is not in your CV? (Any passions, sports, causes that mean something to you, etc)
