Times in HRWize are "wrong"

All times for record stamping and auditing etc in HRWize are recorded in UTC. This is used mainly as it does not change according to Daylight savings or other seasonal local variations, so it is constant.

Depending on your location and the time of year, you may find your local time is off by an hour such as if your country is in Daylight savings time. This is normal and you need to adjust the time accordingly to allow for this.

The one exception to this is the last login time in the profile drop-down in the top menu - we convert this to your local time based on your timezone so you know if there has been an unauthorized login since your last login without needing to calculate "local time".
