When logging into HRWize, you may see an error message:
This means that you have made too many failed login attempts (attempts where either the username, the password, or both) are incorrect.
This is the only condition that will cause this specific error message to appear. Any other error type of login failure will generate a different code.
To prevent brute force attacks, after multiple failed login attempts, your account will be frozen for 15 minutes. You will be unable to re-access your account during this time even if your password has been reset.
During this period, any continued failed attempts will only reset the timer so it is best to wait until this time has passed before trying again.
If you have difficulty logging in, please contact your HRWize system administrator or HR team who can reset your login details on your behalf.
Please Note - HRWize Support staff do not have access to passwords, and cannot reset your password for you.
Administrator Tips
As an administrator, you will be able to spot which of your user accounts has been locked out under the Company Users list. A red padlock icon will appear alongside the actions next to the locked account to signify that this account has been temporarily disabled.
