Time Off Modal Update

To help distinguish between time off types and provide more clarity when booking time off we've updated the time off modal which pops up when booking time off from the Homepage or via Self-Service:

Now when selecting time off types they are appropriately grouped by their time off type category, for example time off types with their own allowance, none allowance types etc.
