Within HRWize, the Carryover time off type is a special type used to record allowance carried forward from one holiday year to the next. The Carryover type has a limited number of configurations available compared to other types of time off. We have now added a setting which can be used to restrict the display of Carryover Time Off requests on the public calendar.
To enable this navigate into Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Time Off Settings (Global).
Then simply change the 'Show Carryover Over on Public Calendar' field:
The available settings are:
- Yes Fully Visible - This will cause the employee name and the time off type to be fully visible in the calendar.
- Yes but no reason shown - This will show the employee's name in the calendar for the duration of their time off but will not show the time off type.
- No - The time off will not show in the calendar at all.
