Request Assets When Completing an Employee

When completing a candidate, there is an option available to state what assets are required at the point of creating the employee.

To enable this feature, you must go to:

Administration > Company > Settings > Company settings

Under the Asset Management section, set the "Required assets" option to 'Yes':

Once this is set, an asset field will appear when completing a candidate:

When clicking within this field, the assets that have been added to the system will appear in the form of a picklist - you can select more than one asset within this field and you can also remove an asset if one was entered by mistake.
