The HRWize system has the functionality of reminding managers of their employees' work anniversary. To enable this, simply go to:
Administration > Company > Settings > Company settings
Scroll down until you see "Employee start date anniversary notification". The options available regarding how managers are notified are:
- None
- Email only
- Calendar only
- Email and Calendar
The default process in the system is to notify you on the day of the anniversary. If the calendar option is selected, the anniversary will appear on the day permanently each year.
You can create a workflow if you require other people to be notified or you wish to be notified earlier than the actual anniversary date. Check out our support article that can assist you with building this here.
