You can now filter employee-related data on the Extended Dashboard by Manager, Department and/or Site. The filter doesn't apply to other statistics such as Candidates, Documents, Actions, Logins etc.
This will especially help multi-site companies, where Admin users want to quickly flick between key employee data such as absence rates for each site. You can enable the dashboard filter under:
Administration > Company > Settings > Dashboard Settings
Scroll down the Dashboard section. Click on the Dashboard field, and switch Simple to Extended.
There you will be able to see switch "Show Dashboard filters" to Yes.
The filter will then appear at the top of the homepage.
