If enabled by administrators, employees can request training courses from within their self service accounts.
To request training, go to 'What would you like to do?' and select "Request Training"
Next, you will be asked to complete a form to request your course. To begin, simply select a course from the course library. This will automatically complete all of the relevant information regarding this specific course.
Once the course has been chosen, fill in any remaining fields marked with an asterisk. In most cases, this will only be the "Requested Training Date", but your HR or training team might have chosen to ask some specific additional questions to determine why you have requested the training. If these are set up, they will appear as follows:
Once you've chosen your training date and are happy with the form, click Submit and this request will be sent to the relevant person for approval.
Once approved, you will receive an email to your work email address notifying you of the approved training course - this will also appear under the recent actions section of the dashboard. Finally, the course will be added to your company calendar which is displayed at the bottom of your Home page.
