Restriction Options

Here is a list of things where you can add restrictions to different parts of the system:

  • Announcements - If left blank, the announcement will be shown to all:
    • Site
    • Department
  • Forms - Make sure to choose the actual job role or user status that can have access to the form you are creating. You can tick the square button to choose all. Otherwise, it will not trigger any action:
    • Job Role
    • User Status
  • Time Off Type - If you do not tick anything, this will appear to the whole organization:
    • Site
    • Company
  • Time Off Settings:
    • Site
  • Workflows - Make sure to choose the right site, company, department, region, business unit, cost centres, headcount classification and job status. You can tick the square button beside each to trigger for all. Otherwise, this will not trigger any action:
    • Site
    • Company
    • Department
    • Region
    • Business Unit
    • Cost centres
    • Headcount Classification
    • Job Status
  • Company Document Categories - If left blank, all will have access:
    • Site
    • Company
    • Department
    • Job Role
  • Timesheet References - If left blank, all will have access:
    • Company
    • Department
  • Portal Keys (Recruitment) - If left blank, the portal will show jobs from all sites:
    • Site
  • Course Library (Training) - This applies only in Self Service. If you leave fields blank, it will have access to all:
    • Site
    • Company
    • Department
    • Job Role
  • Pages - If left blank, all will have access:
    • Site
    • Department
